Great so far! Hope it lasts.
Only have used it for one day, and it seems to work really good. I was able to sit on a running tractor and talk to someone without having difficulty of being heard or hearing. I had bought one before but the microphone quit working. I have a suspicion it was on our end though due to a disgruntled employee.

2-Year Warranty a Phony
I bought these headsets due to the advertised 2 year warranty. However, when they came, there was no warranty card or explanation, so I contacted the seller. They sent me a warranty document that is useless. The address on the warranty is: Xiamenshi Xianganqu Xiangfu 5li 10hao 1403shi Xiamen Fujian 361101,CN What is this? is this where you have to ship the headset when it fails? What does CN stand for? Cambodia? The rest of the warranty reads: Warranty Declaration We, Xiamen Meikajia Electronic Technology Co. Ltd Here we would like to declare that: MKJ warrants headsets against defects in material or workmanship. Under normal use and services, all headsets are with 2 years warranty. During the warranty period, the defective headsets will be repaired or replaced as determined by MKJ. Warranty does not apply, if 1. the warranty period is expired 2. the warranty label is broken or removed 3. the defect was subject to abuse, improper use not conforming to product manual instructions There is no warranty label on the headset. There are no directions with the headset. When I contacted the manufacturer about these deficiencies, there was no reply. Aside from that, the headset seems pretty good. I like the padding on the ears, and the sound is loud and clear. However, all the phone headsets I have got from Amazon have died within a year, and I don't see that these would be any different. I just used them, and they don't work. They failed after about 1 1/2 months. I have given up on the phone headsets. While they are handy, I have not gotten one that lasted more than six months in years. I found that my phone has Bluetooth functionality, so now I use a Bluetooth headset if it seems like I will be talking for a while.
