Excellent piece
Been using Le Creuset for a while now. Bought this at the Phoenix Le Creuset shop for around 13k (on sale). Not a patch on cast-iron woks (Kadhai) for intense and sustained sautéing (eg. Odia/bong ‘kasha mangsha’) but perfect for normal braising - a searing followed by slow cooking. Superb build and makes for great presentation on the table.
