Good belt for squat, dead and press
I replaced a sturdy 50 year old 5" belt i bought in the 70's with this 3" one on the advice of the Starting Strength folks. So far, I used the 3" dominion during 20 training sessions. It has made a huge difference to my squat, dead lift, and press sets. Dead lift still loosens up a little when my over-sized belly is folded over during start but locks back in during "chest up". Pretty expensive, but well worth the money for the added confidence, fit and feel. IMO - this is heirloom quality gear that will last generations.

Great belt double check size
Great quality lifting belt. If you are debating between sizes I recommend getting the smaller size. It’s sized right if you measure it which makes it slightly longer than most belts.

Made in America, It's a Luxury Good for Squatting
The quality of the leather, rivets, buckle, and craftmanship are awesome. I would not randomly let anyone borrow my belt, but I had 2 friends tried my belt on and as soon as they grab it they were impressed. And even more impressed after squatting with the belt on - jaw-dropping (WTF) and I am not exaggerating. I am a waist 31 and the small fits me on the 4th hole - it's perfect and secure. I had the belt for over 2 months already and it's breaking easily into my waist. Plus the olive color is unique and the suede leather is pure quality - It's a Luxury Good for Squatting.

Prime 3inch belt
After deciding to start using a belt for the squat and the deadlift I had a hard time finding a 3 inch belt around. A 4 inch belt felt too long for me, harming my ability to execute the movements in a comfortable enough position.I thought of buying the Rogue Ohio but then I got a recommendation from a friend to take a look at this belt instead. After thinking for a bit I decided to try my luck and I am happy to say it doesn't run out.I bought the SM sized belt and it sits perfectly on me! I wear it a bit higher as it supports me better on my lifts. The break in time for me was around 2 weeks till it started to fit like a glove. The material quality is great and likewise the support is superb. If you are also feeling that a 4 inch belt is too long and feel better at wearing the belt a bit higher I highly recommend trying this belt.

Incredible quality belt
First I love the color. You can feel the craftsmanship when you pick this thing up. Use it for heavy squats and deadlifting. Feels broken in already. I am glad I listened to a guy that said if you are between sizes, Personally my waist is about 38.5 . I was thinking I should get the large. Instead I got the medium, I am glad I did. When tight it I get on about the third notch. My guess is a large would have been almost too big to get super tight. Great belt , love it

A Huge Help for Deadlifting!!!
This weightlifting belt supports me the best whenever I deadlift! Other wider belts that I have tried are too wide and "ride up" my back whenever I crouch low. With this narrow weightlifting belt I can bend down very low, without having the belt slip out of position. This belt is well worth the money ... helping to prevent a slipped disk!
