Made my tiller run like new again!
Worked perfectly to make my Troy Built Horse rototiller run like brand new again. Had to change out the choke lever to a different style which came in the kit. Simply pull out the choke plate with a pair of pliers and pull out the choke shaft. Tiller now runs like the day it did when I purchased it 13 years ago. Completely tore down the old carb trying to get it to work, but the center orifice tube is non removable therefore you cannot fix the old carb.

Easy fix for leaking carburetor, old machine behaves like new again
On my old Craftsman mulching machine the carburetor started leaking and I looked on web to see the needle valve needed to be changed. I tried cleaning the old valve and that didn't work, but it was not clear to me which model of needle valve I needed to get. For almost exactly the same amount of money I found this whole carburetor and it made the whole process pretty painless. Works great.

Good quality carberator
Fit perfect on a wood chipper that sat for 7 years without being run. The new carb was an exact replacement and it started on the first pull.

Roll of the dice when you use aftermarket!!!!
Installed the carburetor. It ran great the first day then overnight I left the fuel shutoff on to see if it had any leaks. Opened up the shop the next morning and had a pan under it with gas in it!! Had to replace the needle valve to stop the leak. Besides that, is is running fine with no leaks!!!!! I may give them ONE more chance on quality issues !!!!!!!!!!!

Good enough for me
Carburetor is a knock-off of Nikki original. If you don't want to spend a lot of money for a carburetor for an older engine, this does the job well.
