Review after one week - I have dell Vostro 3478 i3 8th gen supports DDR4 2400MHz SODIMM RAM . You guys can buy this RAM if you guys have the same laptop ( don't know about other laptops ) :D. You guys can see in snap that the model number and clock speed is different i think this RAM supports both clock speed which is 2400MHz and 2666MHz. Overall it supports well for "Dell Vostro 3478 i3 8th generation" hope helpful :)

I bought it for my ASUS vivobook A541u, i upgraded 4gb of ram, {make sure to know your laptop onboard ram configuration because you have to buy same specs ram has you have onboard} Performance has increased well, I can easily notice, boot time has reduced and also multitasking has become much smoother, Now i can run 4 - 5 apps in background like chrome, spotify, adobe premier, ect. Gaming performance has increased, while playing GTA 5 before upgrade their was too much stuttering issues now game is so smooth, I am able to play in high settings, also v sync enabled, antialiasing 2x .
