I have been taking magnesium supplements for about a month at night to help sleep. And I liked them and believed them to work, but I’ve switched to these drops instead for a week now and my sleep has definitely improved. I hardly wake up throughout the night and I feel more rested in the morning. The liquid itself is kinda thick and has a slight vitamin-like taste but the lemon flavoring cuts it really well. I use 2 dropper fulls straight on the back of my tongue before I go to sleep. A couple sips of water to wash it down and no bad aftertaste. The instructions say you can mix it in a hot or cold beverage but I find that the taste isn’t strong enough for me to need to do that. I will continue to use these for the sleep benefits alone. 5/5 would recommend

This is a review for 200mg L-theanine + chamomile extract drops.Like:Easily dissolve into water or other liquid (cold or warm) -- no globs. No need for vigorous stirring.No medicine taste. Not bitter. No funky smell.It helps me calm down in the evening without knocking me out.Easy to measure with the dropper.L-theanine + Chamomile packed together is convenient for me.Do not like:Personally, it's too sweet (stevia) for bedtime. I do better taking it about an hour before bedtime. The taste is pleasant enough to drink with minimal amount of water, or use it as a sweetener for evening tea.

No idea how this product has 4 stars. I saw the bad reviews and still went ahead and bought this anyway; well the reviews weren’t just nitpicking or being negative, there is genuinely a quality control issue with this brand’s l-theanine! I couldn’t tell you how well it worked or didn’t work because I didn’t take it. I couldn’t get past the odd cloudy consistency. I haven’t tried l-theanine before so I wasn’t sure if that was to be expected. I did more research and looked at photos of other l-theanine and it seems no - this level of cloudy isn’t normal. The next day I go back and inspect it more in the sunlight and realize there’s a weird jelly getting stuck in the dropper! And not only that, but underneath the chamomile smell is a very fishy scent. Waiting to hear back from Nature’s Craft direct website since I can’t get a refund through Amazon - I’ll come back with an update but so far it’s not seeming like they’ll be very helpful either. Really disappointed & regret spending here when I may have been better off buying something in person or more reputable
