It’s a great product
For a of brand kinesiology tape it’s just as good if not better then the named brand. Got a great stretch and it sticks well can’t go wrong. Three roles for the price of one named brand kinesiology tape you can’t go wrong

Great tape
Great KT tape, and it sticks really well. The people who said it ripped skin off when taking it off obviously pulled it off when it was dry. If you soak in a hot bath or shower, it peels off easily so it doesn't rip your body parts off. And being pre-cut saves time too.

Superb precut kinesiol
This is the best tape I have ever used, you don't have to cut it as its already cut for you, it so easy to use and the colours give you a choice.

Allergic reaction
Seemed good to start with. Then I had an allergic reaction to the glue. So my ankle became red and itchy. As a result I only used a couple of pieces for one day.

Great tape and handy that it’s pre cut. Never had it come off or roll up like some other cheaper tape I’ve tried. I change the tape every 48 hours so skin can breath / shower etc. Excellent and 5 stars.

Save your money and your skin!!
I used the beige coloured Tape for an hour whilst I exercised and it burnt my skin after being removed. It left red marks and patterns on my skin, where the tape was, and is still there after 24 hours, who knows how long it will take to disappear! It also left sticky residue, and after 3 showers I have been unsuccessful in removing it all, my legs are too sore from the damage of the tape to scrub my legs to get the sticky residue off. I have previously used the blue tape similar to this (not this one) and had no issues with it. I would not recommend this product and would give it zero stars if I could.

Excellent product
This kinesiology tape works really well and stays in place even during intense workouts. It provides great support without limiting movement and feels comfortable on the skin. The adhesive holds up through sweat and daily activity, yet it’s easy to remove without irritation. The quality is excellent, and it definitely helps with muscle support and recovery. I’m very impressed and would absolutely purchase again.
