I like these! I was looking for a clean that wasn't enriched with vitamins, low sugar, low sodium, good fiber. This meets my criteria Plus I like the texture they're not Airy like some shredded wheat they're more like condensed witout being hard; I like them. they're you can snack on them or they're great with milk and they soften up pretty quickly. overall I really enjoyed the taste the texture, freshness, and healthiness of the product

My absolute favorite cereal!! I used to love the brand name version of this cereal, but after becoming vegan, I realized that one has gelatin in it, and I was so sad. However, I recently learned that those version of the cereal is fully vegan with no gelatin, and I’m so happy! It’s delicious, perfect for breakfast or a snack, and fortified with vitamins and minerals (as an endurance athlete I love that it has iron in it). Obsessed!

Of course these are bland, but they are exceptional when mixed with a can of chili. They turn something like chili with beans into a delicious (maybe decently nutritious) satisfying stick to your ribs kind of meal. That's my idea of fast food.

Pro: Great taste, even for individual snack, fresh, just the right size, no added sugar, very little sodium, just wheat, none of that corn meal slid in, all positive, except.. Cons: Not organic. Wheat is sprayed with Roundup just before ripening to boost yield and dry at the same time for harvest. Convenient and good financial return, but too close to harvest. The Non-GMO part is another process and does not apply here. Not much competition for organic, low sugar & salt product otherwise I would switch.

I have always bought brand named mini-wheats for snacking. These just were not the same.

One of the few boxed dry cereals with no sugar, no sweetener or artificial sweeteners. Great toasted wheat flavor and crispy texture and doesn’t get too mushy immediately upon pouring milk over it. What my family likes about this cereal is it is the perfect background cereal for fruit, fresh or frozen. Other cereals are too sugary or sweet to pair w fruit. Not this. It is perfect.

This cereal is basically the reliable bestie of breakfast—fresh, sweet, crunchy, and not stale. The frosted wheat squares are coated just right, not too sweet, not too bland. But here’s the catch… The second milk hits the bowl, you’re on the clock. You’ve got maybe 90 seconds before these little squares go from crunchy perfection to soggy sadness. If you’re a slow eater or like scrolling your phone while you eat, forget it. These things will betray you fast. The size of the box is fair, the price is reasonable ($4.39)

My son loves mini-wheats but the name brand ones are way too sweet. These are pleasantly sweet but a lot less sugar. He loves them.

I am on a low sodium diet so these are perfect. High in fibre,protein, and iron plus sodium free

I have always been a fan of any cereal with frosting but as a vegetarian the national brand of frosted wheat squares contain gelatin and that has always been off putting to me. I like the taste of these, they are sweet and the wheat itself is a good texture and size. The only issue I find is that there is always a lot of pulverized cereal at the bottom of the box, this is obviously going to happen with any cereal but for whatever reason this cereal has a massive amount of crushed bits. I am not sure if this is due to some packaging flaw on the part of the manufacturer or my delivery person hating me and throwing my packages against the side of my house...

We really like these. A lot like mini wheats, but not quite as sweet, which is what we wanted.
