This vest is amazing - and that's from someone who isn't easily impressed. I bought another type of weight vest in the past and that had sand bags in pockets, and you could remove bags to adjust weights, and a heap of other weird things you had to do - but all that was forgotten when I got this vest.It fits like a dream, has adjustable straps depending on your body frame and it just feels so comfortable and easy to wear - not like the weird sand bags or metal plate versions which are around.It's still heavy but it doesn't feel like you're carrying something it feels more like the weight is ....part of your body, rather than on your body or strapped to your body when you're using it.For me personally this is exactly what I've been looking for for so long, I'm glad someone finally designed it and made it available to everyone, not just professional athletes.I think the recommendation is to use a vest which is around 10% of your bodyweight, but I bought one slightly more than that and it still feels comfortable to wear and easy to manoeuvre.

Very good weighted vest.I've had a few and they are mostly a hassle to put on/ strap into, but this one is so easy to put on and off with the front zipper. It always fits very well and the straps to adjust both the lower and upper part of the vest, allow you to make it as snug as you like. Perfect for walking, running, lunges. Top product. Very happy with this purchase.

I had some problems ordering this vest as I kept receiving the 8kg version instead of the 10kg vest and having to send it back for a refund and then re-order, but the seller was very helpful and refunded me for my troubles.The vest itself arrived quickly, appears to be good quality, looks great and is much more comfortable to wear than any other weight vest I have tried. It has a slightly spongy, neoprene-type feel to it and is smooth and flat so nothing digs in during use. It is a little big even when adjusted to its smallest - for reference I'm a 5'6", 9st (57kg), flat chested female with a fairly athletic build - but, unless you're planning to run with it on, it's not much of an issue. There is a pocket on the back which feels like it is robust enough to take a bag of lead shot if you wanted to increase the weight a little, though I haven't actually tested this.Overall, assuming you receive the vest you paid for, I would recommend this product.

Excellent vest, I ran my first run with this vest a short and sweet hilly 8k and it's definitely the most comfortable vest I've ever had , zip at the front is strong and durable, it also has two straps on both sides to adjust size and fit, unlike so other vests this perfect for running good fit and absolutely no bounce with your movement, the shoulder fittings are extremely comfortable so no markings on your skin from wear. I'd definitely recommend this vest for anyone wanting to run or walk with some extra weight added.

I've used the 10kg version for up to 30 mins at a time walking and even longer in the gym. Fits well and, importantly, doesn't hurt the shoulders as much as some other makes. Reasonably flat profile means it can be easily concealed under a hoodie when out for a walk.Pretty good quality and well priced.

I have just found out that I have advanced osteopenia (5 years post early menopause no HRT :( ) I was looking for a weighted vest that didn’t look like some kind of commando or security vest lol! I’ve bought the 3 kg one to start off with, I’m 50 kg : 5’2” myself. And this is perfect for just wearing around the house. I can wear it under my coat and you wouldn’t even know I had it on. I’m going to buy the heavier one too, so I can have dedicated heavy sessions. Made up with this Really comfortable you can hardly notice you’re wearing it.

This product is a joke! It perfectly fits the guy in the picture but I was sent one that would better fit a child! If it was possible I wouldn't rate it a single star!
