What’s the difference between the super slicer model and the regular slicer that’s half the price..? Unclear

Couple things different on the super slicer: 1. Bigger work surface 2. Rubber guard on the bottom to hold slicer in place when using 3. The adjusting knob underneath is made of aluminum, where as the other is plastic. A heavier duty adjustment that prolongs the life of even cutting. I’ve owned the regular which lasted me 7years in a restaurant with the proper maintenance and care. The super model is worth it if you working in commercial kitchens.

What is the difference between the "super slicer" and the "super standard slicer" (besides the 20$ difference)?

The Super Standard is 14 x 5.8 inches and the Super is 14.5 x 5.25 inches. Longer doesn't matter much. Wider is better. though whether it's $20 better is a judgement call. I have the narrower super version, and just trim veggies that are too wide.

What is the thickest slice you can make with the straight blade?

I only have a straight blade. And the thickest slice would be my entire pinky finger, for example.
