My Weirder School #12: Mrs. Lane Is a Pain!

I loved this book!! If you are a 6-14 year old I would suggest this book. It is a funny story about A.J. and his friends entering a talent Show, because his principal hire s a teacher named Mrs. Lane to help out. She is really talented at everything,but loses at everything she enters. The prize for the talent Show is a trophy and a bunch of sausages, because a pork sausage company is sponsoring the show. At the end Mrs. Lane steals the trophy and sausages,then gets away. BEST BOOK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My kids love all the Weird and Weirder school books. My daughter is actually well beyond the age for these books now, but she still loves to read the new ones as they come out. Perfect for reluctant readers, they are a nice blend of silly and fun to get your child engaged in the story.

I say this because after awhile it's the same thing over and over and over again which to me is boring I don't know about you though but I'm going to say you agree.

My 7 year old loves this entire series. There are a few crude "sayings" that I would prefer to avoid, but instilling a love a reading at this age has become more important to me than trying to avoid the potty language that he is no doubt hearing at school anyway.

My 12 year old daughter is a huge fan of this series. I think she owns almost all of the books. She's been reading this series for the past 3 years or so. Dan Gutman please keep on writing books!

Super funny and interesting books! My daughter loves these books and we have the entire series! Highly recommend and would repurchase!

My grandson, age 9, loves these "Weirder School" books and is happy when I buy them for him. That's good enough for me.
