Works for konjac noodles
The twisting is a bit difficult, I was hoping it was just a press thing. But it still works great for konjac noodles.

I wasn't sure about using plastic, but this is marked as a "safe" product and I'm not making noodles from hot dough. I bought this specifically for making Sherataki noodles and it doesn't disappoint. I like this product I don't love it it's hard to keep the noodles from sticking to each other when it comes out the end but the needles are always really even
