This is the best pre-workout supplement, it’s great taste and fast kick in makes it a great product! The size of the container for the cost is fair compared to most on the market. It’s a stronger pre-workout than most and may cause some symptoms, I only take a half serving due to the strength so the container last me a while.

I have been taking Preworkout supplements for a number of years now. The majority of those years, I have been taking this specific product.For the last few months I have been taking another very powerful preworkout. I loved the taste of the other one, so I used it for about 3 months. It worked good, but decent. Very light effect...that effect you look for in a Preworkout sup. It seems as though I built a tolerance to the one I've been using for a few months.Long story short, This C4 Shred purchase was the first I've made since using the other brand, and whooo Doggie!!! It is powerful!!Thanks Cellucor 💪Cons:• Flavor is too sharp (Blue). Almost like drinking flavored syrup when mixed with a regular 16.9 bottle of water. If you can get past that intense flavor you'll love what happens in 15-20 mins. It would be nice if Cellucor would use less blue coloring and less amount of flavor.• You have to drink lots of water for roughly the next 2-3 hours after consumption.Every person's body is different, and everyones tolerance can fluctuate...but what I have learned with this specific product for myself, is that I have to hydrate more frequently during and after my excersize. I see this as a con because taking a small jug to the gym, or a few water bottles is a hassle.• Small variety of flavors. For the 4+ years or so I have been using Shred, There has been only a few flavors, and I hate them all 🤭It would be nice to have a Tropical and/or Fruit punch flavor included for the Shred series.💙

I like the taste and good value for the money. Overall like the increased energy levels the product provides.

Not sure how I feel about the product. The spicy burn towards the end takes adjusting to. I canceled my subscription as I finish this canister and review the results.But right now the burping small fires is not appealing to me and I actually feel more energy from the original.So time will tell.Ok I have been using it for about 2 weeks now. I feel slightly more heat than I do with regular C4 or Celsius.I drink it cold and fast, still not use to the fire aftertaste but it does dilute better then the original C4.I don't think this product is for me because the results I see is not that different from the other pre-workouts I have tried with a lesser price point. So after this can I will probably stick with my old reliable.

Great dosing and great effects

First time trying this, I bought the icy blue razz and within my FIRST sip feels like it has pepper inside of it. Tingles my mouth and lips which also makes it a little harder to drink. I can’t drink it as fast because of that. Not sure how I feel about it, but I guess time will tell.Update: after taking a WHOLE scoop for the first time my stomach has been bothering me for over 45min, feeling nauseous, like I need to throw up (hangover feeling). I even ate breakfast so I had something in my stomach, can’t imagine how I’d feel if I didn’t eat anything. BE AWARE, start with 1/2 scoop, JUST IN CASE.

I really like this one. It gives me so much energy!! And it makes u hot. Im always cold so the fact that it makes me hot is a great thing. Without using this im so fatigued and exhausted. When i take this I’m ready and motivated to go to the gym! This has helped my workouts so much. I love this pre workout. The taste is not bad either. It taste like juice! With this pre workout i stay in the gym for at least 2 hours. And still have energy to run errands. I don’t like coffee so this does the trick.
