Why doesn’t the paint cover well and require several coats?

This is mainly due to how the WB pigment and the resin were mixed before application. For best results, we recommend applying two coats.

Why is the paint uneven or patchy after drying?

Residues of silicone, oil, or grease on the tiles can prevent a smooth finish. Thoroughly clean the tiles with our EPODEX Pre-Cleaner before painting. Then apply the paint in thin layers.

Why is the paint too runny or watery?

Make sure to stir each component thoroughly on its own before mixing them together to achieve the right consistency. Then apply two thin coats to avoid any streaks or drips.

How long should I wait before applying the second coat and using the bathroom?

Ideally, wait 24 hours at 20°C before applying the second coat (at least 12 hours minimum). The bathroom can be used again after approximately 24 hours.

Why doesn’t the paint adhere properly or why is it peeling off?

Leftover silicone, oil, or grease can prevent good adhesion. Make sure to clean the tiles thoroughly with our EPODEX Pre-Cleaner and sand the entire surface before painting.

Ottima vernice per piastrelle

Ho usato il prodotto per il pavimento di un bagno che necessitava una rinfrescata. Il risultato è stato molto buono ma nella posa occorre seguire le istruzioni molto scrupolosamente. Occorre pulire e sgrassare le superfici, poi carteggiare leggermente e mescolare i due prodotti nelle dosi indicate. Ricordare che dopo circa 2 ore il prodotto mescolato indurisce e quindi calcolare bene il dosaggio delle 2 mani che dovrete dare a distanza di circa 24 ore. Per me è molto valido e lo consiglio.
