Awful customer service. Very rude. Did not work as intended. The return process was an absolute nightmare. Would not recommended. They sent me a defective product by their own admission and then did not want to take accountability. Would never purchase from this seller again.

As a nurse, I recommend this to all my patients' families. The buckle on the backrest and seat belt are lifesavers,no accidental slips during transfers. The waterproof frame is genius for post-bath use (no rusting!), and the armrests wipe clean in seconds. My client loves the room-temperature armrests,no cold plastic feeling. Plus, the anti-slip pedal gives extra stability when locking the wheels. Worth every penny for the safety and ease it provides!
