Our house was built in 1970, and despite having already replaced the HVAC system and insulation, there’s still a 3–5°F temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs during summer. On the hottest days, the bedroom can reach 78–80°F. Last month, I picked up a portable AC unit — installation was straightforward and took me only about 20 minutes. For the first two weeks, the weather was mild, so I used it mainly as a dehumidifier (it does require a drain outlet). It did a great job drying out the air, which made a noticeable difference in comfort. Then the heat kicked in over the past couple of days, and the cooling performance has been equally impressive. The noise level is acceptable. My favorite feature, though, is the auto-control and timer function. Since the second half of the night tends to stay cooler, I can set it to scale back or shut off automatically — no need to cool a room that doesn’t need it.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​，

Fast delivery and great product. It cools my bedroom down very quickly and the noise control is good as well. It feels steady while still very easy to move around with great portability. After unboxing, the setup instruction is very straightforward. Overall I am happy about this product so far and it works great.

This works so well! I am very happy with it. It’s in my son’s bedroom and it could freeze him out if he wanted. It’s also so quiet that I can’t hear it running from the other room. And the fact that it never needs to be drained is a huge perk. Recommend.

This is smaller than my last portable which is great, much quieter and has lots of functionality. It hasn’t been too warm yet so time will tell. Comes with a long window insert which is great since I have large rolling windows!

Decent but noisy. The unit cools well and the compressor isn't annoyingly loud. Not the queitest unit I've had, but not the worst either. However, the issue I have is with all the clicks and pops this thing makes. When activating the compressor, turning it off, and other times where it is changing states of some sort, there are clicks and pops so loud you can hear them on the other side of the house. I have this unit in the bedroom, so hard not ideal. They aren't so loud that they wake us up. At least, not to out knowledge, but they are definitely annoying. I don't know if it's some sort of thermal expansion of the plastic or what, but it's enough to steer me away from another one of these units.

This portable AC is blowing my mind. Most of ACs have remote control and this one does as well. I am not a very organized person and sometimes I couldn't find the remote control and ended up I have to physically walk to the AC and turn it on/off which is very annoying. This one has an app which helps me a lot and don't have to find the remote control anymore. I love it. Also, the sound of it is pretty quiet so I put it in my bedroom. I like to sleep with totally dark environment. I found out it has light off function which can make the room totally dark and not affect any of my sleep quality. I like it. Highly recommend to use it in the bedroom if you are like me can't tolerant noise and light. This is your go to. The price is also affordable compared to others with these add-on functions that others don't have. Highly recommend.
