Product quality is not up to the mark, it's very hard and I can feel some thermocol like object filled to make it hard, you can hear crumbling sound when it pressed. And worst part is seller, when you ask for return then he will ask hundreds of questions about return and at the end he will reject the return.So, if you think you can return it if you don't like then don't order this product. There are very good branded products available in similar price range.One more update: Stitches are coming out after one week use, so you can think of quality.

Matteress is good..I am giving it four stars because it's little soft...not that hard as I had expected... nevertheless it's a subjective thing..

Product is not well made - the stitches came out of it even before removing the plastic from it. Not worth it. Avoid this product. I got 2 mattresses at the same time for twin bed. Durability is not expected.In spite of letting the seller know about minor customization requirement immediately after order confirmation and payment (as he suggested to many customers in Qs and As section, but not on product page. Very smart of him), the seller kept on promising customization as soon as amazon cleared his payment. Messages went back and forth till the date of shipment. But no action taken by the seller or amazon. Very irresponsible. The amazon customer care tried to take care of it, but to no avail. I got the mattress trimmed one inch in width at a local shop at additional cost.

Updated Review after almost 1 and a half year :- Today is 7 July 2020 the mattress has dipped in several places. I expected it to last at least longer than 1 and ahalf year before reaching to this stage. My last mattress lasted more than ten years. Now I am looking for another mattress to replace this one. Total waste of money !!

Good product. Totally met my dad expectations. If you are looking for a firm mattress to avoid back pain, this is highly recommended.

I want my refund because the Item is of no use for me. This is not a way to treat a Customer who is not raising an unethical request or concern, the Item is not as expected it is increasing my back pain instead of reducing it, it is my humble request to help me out on this case.

I couldn’t have asked for a better mattress. THIS!! Is what I needed ! I have major back issues and the memory foam and soft mattresses don’t suit me at all. I feel it is horrible for the back. The only firm mattresses in option were either of COIR material or as I researched and found THIS ONE ! BONDED FOAM MATTRESSES! Coir material changes shape after use however these ones don’t! They stay the same. (As my parents have had this material for a while) Thanks EURO 😭 I love this mattress!! (If you’re someone who wants spongy bouncy mattress, then this isn’t for you) it’s for me! Unfortunately my bed came in a wrong size so still waiting to use it to its full! Cheers to good health!This one fits a 72x78.

The product is exceptionally good and the best part is I have purchased three of these mattresses all for different bed sizes and yet they all fit very well, the mattress is very conformable and firm, which comes with a 10yrs warranty.The only challenge I had was with the delivery; the transport company refused to deliver the mattress at the door step and insisted to have it delivered only to the ground floor (stating company policy) from where we had to pick up to our apartment by ourselves
