So pretty and perfect for my yard! Quality is good and easy to assemble.

Half works
Only one side spins. I tried switching the sides of the blades and lubricated the moving parts as suggested, but still only one side will turn. Disappointed

Very Nice Garden Decor with Good Coloring
While the piece had sturdy construction and brightly colored wind vanes they didn't always spin with the wind. Or one side would spin while the other side stayed still. The center shaft was very solid and easily penetrated the ground. However the smaller and thinner side supporting stabilizing prongs did not have the same sturdy strength or construction and when stepped on to stabilize the center rod did not perform well.

Pretty, but not 360 degrees
I really did think this spinner was pretty, and the colors I like. I returned it because it is not a 360 degree spinner. This style should be able to rotate with the wind. I hope it comes in a 360 degree model, because I would definitely buy it then.
