I bought this pan last July on sale, but I don't cook as much as I used to, so it took me a little while to assess the pan. So far I've used it twice, to cook up some of the one pan meals that I grew up with. You know the ones I mean, where you start with onion and green pepper and a pound of hamburger and throw in a few other items and pretty soon you can feed 4 people for not much money? At the risk of sounding like a #Fangirl, i adore it! It really is like cooking on air. I needed to replace my old pan and the factors in my decision to buy this pan were that it was A) NOT toxic, B) Non stick, C) Very well reviewed and D) Didn't break the bank. The pan heated quickly and evenly and the food didn't stick. Cleanup was a breeze, just soap and water. I had previously replaced my old cooking utensils with silicone ones (between the PFOAs and the micropastics, I've really had to change a lot of things in the kitchen lately!), so I don't expect any damage to the cooking surface. But only time, and use, will tell if it stays that way. In conclusion, I am very happy with this purchase and I am already planning to buy more of the pans in this product line.

This frying pan is amazing. It is ceramic so it's non toxic like most of the pans out there. The size is perfect for cooking burgers, pancakes or even chili and soups. Easy cleanup with soap and water. This pan has a flat bottom for even cooking so your oil doesn't run to the sides of the pan. Food doesn't stick to the pan when cooking, so it slides right out. Highly recommend this product.

IH、直火対応の深型フライパンになります。 丁度、深目のフライパンが欲しく選びました。 組み立て式のフライパンです。組み立て式と言っても持ち手をネジ止めするだけなので安心してください。 持ち手の差し込みは四角になっていますのでシッカリと差し込めネジで固定しますのでガタ付きもなく安全です。 ネジの先は丸い輪になっていて吊るして収納できるようになっています。この輪はとても使いやすく良いです。 コーティングは綺麗でムラもなく丁寧な仕上がりとなっています。 硝子蓋はフライパンにピッタリで隙間なく収まります。 このくらいの深さがあると炒め物を返してっも零れにくくい良いですし煮物やカレーにも使えて本当に使い勝手が良いです。家族3人前の量でしたら一度に調理できます。 試しに油を使わう卵焼きを作ってみましたが全く焼き付くことなくスルンと返せました。 耐久性はまだ不明ですが価格から考えれば3年もってくれれば元は十分取れるかと思います。 深目の使い勝手の良いフライパンをお探しの方におススメ致します。 選んで正解でした。
