Good products at great price
I use this product because I love cakes, cookies and pies. Whenever possible, I like to use natural techniques that actually really work. I don't currently have any related health issues, but a friend received a professional recommendation to use cinnamon to help assist with reducing some of his sugar absorbtion. Cinnamon helps negate some of the sugar absorbtion in the body. It is not a cure-all for anything, but I like the idea of assistance. It is a lot easier to pop a capsule than to try and swallow this much cinnamon in a day.
