This is a great trap. Gives a little bit of extra fall as the outlet is higher on the trap. Its well designed and feels solid. Was easy to install and gave confidence that it would seal properly as it did. Yep i liked this nothing but positive feelings with this.

Complete unit, the baste can twist to match your existing pipework and the screw to secure is accessed from above the bath which is so much easier. Also there is as removable sleeve to allow easier access to clean blockages. We only use McAlpine fittings as they are top quality and designed for ease of use.

McAlpine stands for quality and years of practice in the market. A superb kit, top quality materials used. Intuitive and clear instructions. The whole assembly with removal of the tub cover took me about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this product and other McAlpine products. Don't buy cheap rubbish. You will pay twice.

Like most McAlpine products this is made from solid material and perfect in function and practicality. It fits perfectly. The fitting is straight forward. It’s a little more expensive than many others in the market but its quality and durability make it worthwhile. Also looks very good when fitted.

McAlpine produce the best range of quality fittings. This was easy to fit, looks great and is leak free.

McAlpine products are usually the best and this bath trap and overflow is no exception. Two plastic tools are supplied to tighten the waste and overflow respectively from inside the bath. The waste outlet has only one interface underneath the bath which minimises the chance of a leak. Many of these type of products have two. Once installed the spring loaded waste plug and the inner part of the trap can be easily removed for cleaning, as can the screw on overflow cover.

Replaced a simple waste tap that you could get anywhere for about £15 with this and this is genuinly an outstanding quality. It is not just slim, but cleverly built and made of quality materials, it is a really pleasure to the eye once it has been installed. Worth 6 stars 👍

The instructions say this unit is suitable for baths up to 20mm thick. The bath i was fitting is 19mm and the bolt that holds the overflow in place was no were near being able to reach. Otherwise good value and well made.
