It appears you want Hanes to answer your question do I would suggest contacting Hanes directly. But Amazon asked if I could answer the question. Of course I can’t provide the data you seek but I can tell you the fabric is much softer than their other underwear.

What will be the size for 6 year old?

It depends on your kid’s waist. My girl is 10 and skinny. Her waist is about 23” so the size 6 is fit for her. Hope this help.
