Comfort and Support That Truly Makes a Difference
As someone who’s on the wiser side of life, I’ve learned that good foot support isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. The Superfeet All-Purpose Support Medium Arch Insoles (Blue) have been a game-changer for me. They provide firm, reliable support that helps reduce foot fatigue and ease pressure on my knees and lower back. Trimming them to fit was simple, and they slid right into my walking shoes and house slippers. I immediately noticed how much more stable and cushioned my steps felt. Whether I’m out for a stroll, running errands, or just moving around the house, these insoles keep me comfortable and confident. If you’re looking for a way to stay active without the aches, I highly recommend these. They’re professional-grade, but you don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from them. Just a smart investment in your well-being.

Superfeet Product is Great - But Only if You Get it Right
I benefited a great deal from reviews. So I want to contribute this feedback to help people who suffer the same heel pain. I suffered from heel pain and didn't know what it was. I kept buying jell shoe insert to no avail. I finally went to my family doctor who quickly diagnosed it to be Plantar Fasciitis and prescribed Superfeet. (I am not a podiatrist, so take it as it is worth: the telltale of Plantar Fasciitis is that it hurt a lot when I got up in the morning - then it became better after a few steps.) I took a look at Superfeet and didn't believe it because Superfeet was simply a "piece of very hard plastic" for close to $40 while other inserts were only $10. Furthermore, when I gave Superfeet a try, buying exactly my shoe size, selecting a random arch, it hurt even more. Through trials and errors, I found a method that will help. Some other reviewers wrote about ignoring the shoe size and going for the right fit of the foot arch. I cannot emphasize this enough. It doesn't matter what the size of Superfeet is, when you have the right one, the contour of Superfeet should fit the curve under your foot arch perfectly. The rest of Superfeet could be trimmed. There are two critical factors: 1) the right arch (flat, low, medium, or high arch) and 2) the right fit of the foot from the heel forward. Superfeet has different colors for different arches. It is too much trouble to define whether you have a low, or medium or high arch. Just try on several Superfeet sizes and several colors (for the arch) until you find the Superfeet that fits your heel and your arch perfectly. The rest of the insert can be trimmed. This is difficult if you buy online. So find a store that sells Superfeet to try out, and if they have a good price, give them the business. If not, there are Amazon.com and other online stores. There are a few more conditions to make it a success and no pain: when you trim the inserts, trim slowly. You cannot untrim what you cut too short. The right way is to trim it so that Superfeet is about 1/16" to 1/8" *smaller* than your inner sole toward the front/toes. After inserting Superfeet, you can put your hand and fingers into the shoe to feel the gap around the insert toward the front. In other words, Superfeet will need to be able to move a little - not a lot - while you walk, so that it fits perfectly under your foot. You can experiment the exact size of the insole to find out for yourself. You can always trim it smaller. Also, please remember to remove the removable insole. Believe me. I thought leaving the insole I would get some cushioning to assist this hard plastic. Not true. Superfeet needs to rest on hard sole to provide the balance you need to relieve the pain. Hope your experience is as pleasant as mine and that you won't have to pay a lot for customed orthotics.

Comfortable Arch Support
Fit perfectly. Stopped the plantar fasciitis discomfort. I’ve been using superfeet insoles for more than twenty years. Great results every time. Best to go to a running shoe store first to determine your foot shape.

Nice insoles - but order multiple sizes!
I just bought new hiking boots, and though they fit well, there was a hot spot in the heel area of the right foot that was giving me blisters. So, I figured I'd try some Superfeet, because they supposedly lock down your heel, and I have heard lots of glowing reviews (friends and online reviews). I first ordered these blue insoles, as well as the black and green insoles, in the "E" size, because I wear a size 10.5/11 shoe. None of them were very comfortable, so I returned them all, wondering what all the fuss was about. After taking another hike - and getting another blister in the right heel - I figured I'd try one more time. I ordered these blue ones in the "F" size - even though it was bigger than my shoe size - and immediately after placing them on the floor and stepping on them, I could tell they fit me perfectly. Turns out, the arch and the heel cup of the "E" size had been too small. So, if you're ordering these, ORDER MULTIPLE SIZES AT ONCE - especially since returns are free. The size of your ARCH is more important than the size of your shoe/foot. The arch of the support should feel like it's cradling the entire arch of your foot. As far as which color to buy, I like the blue because they seem like a good balance of support and lower volume. I think the green would be too much for my well-fitted hiking boots, and the black doesn't seem to offer as much support under the heel. Update: I finally got a chance to use these on a short but steep hike (4 miles) and they did GREAT. I'm finally a believer, now. They totally solved the blister problem I was having, kept my feet stable and "locked into place," and were very comfortable. Plus, I swear my feet/knees/legs feel less fatigued than they did before these insoles. I'm looking forward to using them in my snowboard boots this winter. Try them out, it might be a great help.

Perfect fit!
I recently purchased a pair of shoe insoles, and I must say, they have exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I slipped them into my shoes, I noticed an immediate difference in comfort. The cushioning is superb, providing a soft yet supportive feel that makes walking or standing for long periods much more enjoyable. In terms of pain relief, these insoles have been a game-changer. I often experience foot and lower back pain after a long day on my feet, but since using these insoles, the discomfort has significantly diminished. They offer excellent arch support, which has helped alleviate the pressure on my feet and joints. The fit is another aspect where these insoles shine. They are designed to fit snugly into a variety of shoe types without any awkward bulging or slipping. I appreciate that they come in different sizes, ensuring a perfect fit for my shoes. Overall, these insoles have greatly improved my daily comfort and reduced my foot pain. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable solution to enhance their footwear experience.

Superfeet are the best!
Superfeet are the best insoles available. They will help one recover from plantar fasciitis. I have been wearing them in ALL my shoes at all times for several years. They even have a pair for dress shoes. Once you get accustomed to them, you won’t want to go without them.

If you are a light runner then be preparred to buy 2 to 3 pairs of these a year.
I have used these over the past few years. I get a new pair every year when I purchase new running shoes. The shoes I get are great for cushioning but the insoles are thin and don't really support your foot in the shoe. These insoles make up the difference as they hug your foot inside the shoe and provide better stability. This year though I purchased the newest version of my style running shoe and noticed that the company I purchase my shoes from had completely re-engineered their insoles. I walked and ran in my shoes with the stock insoles and they felt great. When I received my Superfeet insoles in the mail I went ahead and put them in my new running shoes and walked around and ran with them and they felt similar but not better than my stock running shoe insoles. In the past the Superfeet insoles have helped really well but this year it doesn't look like I'll need them. I give these 3 stars for a few reasons. I have been purchasing the Superfeet insoles for 8 years now. They have helped me year after year but there are some flaws. The first flaw is durability. The front of the insoles, or from the balls of your feet to your toes, flatten out and wear out fairly quick. Mine usually flatten out within 4 to 6 months depending on my activity. I will jog 1.5 miles 3 to 5 days a week depending on how busy I am. Physically I am in good shape and not at all overweight so I figured these insoles would last a little longer. Having the front portion of the insole flatten / wear out so soon, with what I feel is no where near excessive use, is nothing to be confident with. However the heel portion of the insoles most definitely can stand up to the wear and tear. They flatten out a little but maintain over a year. At the one year mark you definitely need to replace your insoles though as they will be worn out like a pair of Dr. Scholl's from your local drug store. Next is the shipping issues. When I can I go to the local running store and purchase the insoles. However, if the price is better online I will order them. If you order these insoles online don't be surprised when the package is destroyed when you receive it. The insoles are never harmed but they are sent in a plastic shipping bag and by the time they get to your house the box the insoles are in within the shipping bag will be destroyed and the insoles will be floating around in the shipping bag. I figured this was just a one time thing but this is how I have received all of my online Superfeet purchases. Lastly is the value. Years ago I had figured that paying $40 for insoles was worth it as shoe companies were still making garbage insoles for their shoes. Having had purchased these insoles over the past several years I have been more reluctant each year to purchase Superfeet insoles (due to the quality issues) but I continued to purchase as the stock shoe insoles were not doing it for me. However, this year I did as I always do and ordered the shoes and insoles at the same time assuming that my new running shoe insoles would not be of the quality I require. Boy was I ever wrong. When I tried my new shoes on and put them through their paces I was very pleased with the results. I then tried the shoes with the Superfeet insoles and came to the conclusion that shoe companies are finally producing quality insoles. When I did a side by side comparison of the Supereet insoles and my new running shoe insoles it was easy to see why the running shoe insoles were so much better. So, in my opinion, there was no point in spending $40 on lesser quality insoles that would wear out in 4 to 6 months (especially on my light running schedule) when I have quality insoles already in my running shoes that will last me well beyond a year. Do yourself a favor and try your new running shoes on and put them through their paces before you dump $40 on some insoles that will wear out in 4 to 6 months. You might be surprised. I know I was. I don't plan on purchasing these again as long as new running shoes continue to uphold the insole standard they have set.
