The slushi was well packed in a wooden box. Right out of the box after cleaning the devices I put slush puppie neutral base in the machine and it was frozen in 35 minutes later. I highly recommend this machine for home or business use. You won’t be disappointed.

The first and only time this machine was in used a high pitch noise came from the base of the unit. A return request was initiated immediately. The company, LOVSHAR, provided a return shipping label for the United States Postal Service with unpaid postage. This item is 80 pounds and USPS refused to ship an item that heavy. Another option was for the customer to find an alternate carrier to return the item. The UPS shipping cost for this 80 pound machine was $241.94. This company, LOVSHAR, will not refund the cost of the return shipping charges. So essentially I paid $241.94 for a broken slushy machine!! I have never heard of paying to return a item that is unsatisfactory. This is absolutley unacceptable.

I read all the rivers for months and out of all the bad ones I will leave a good one. Package came on a small pallet and was all wood. The wood was damaged but I documented all of it and the unboxing. The metal shell was scratched and dented in a couple spots and I looked over everything else and it looked ok. Do not use water alone as it says. There is a learning curve where to set the machine to but all in all it works well. We used it 4 times in a week and homemade seems to chill and slush quicker. Thin liquid mixes take longer. But I would buy again. Each side is a gallon and a half and is plenty for what we need. Downside - cleaning the machine takes time. Wash out with water before you lift the bowls. All in all not a bad purchase. For now. Fingers crossed

I purchased this machine quite a while ago and it was great.. it took roughly an hour to freeze but always seemed to leak at the bottom of the plastic bin. But for the price it’s decent

For what I paid didn’t work too good ended up returning it

The instruction manual with the machine has no details on how to operate the machine. WE have no idea what any of the settings are? Is there a way to get instructions? The number 5 is shown on the display, what is that? Can't get product to work. We will have to send it back.....what a shame?

Used items send creamery’s nosell

Decided to order after reading many good things about vevor slushy machines. Here are my experiences so far: - good packaging wooden box but still visible scratches on machine - Manual very unclear and poor translation - Support UK number only and was not available during opening hours. - The slush is not properly moved thruout the bin poor stir design causing some parts to ice up - machine very loud due to cooling fan All in all a bad experience, i think it's mostly related to this specific machine as the others have a different stirring mechanism and would probably result in better slushy. All other bad experiences are not specific to the end result but did not help either.

Die Maschine kam gut verpackt in einer Holzkiste an. Mit der Leistung bin ich sehr zufrieden, nach 35 Minuten der erste Slush gezapft. Ein kleiner Wehmutstropfen, die Oberfläche war verkratzt und die Feder des Zapfhahns war verrostet. Habe aber 15 % Preisnachlass bekommen und deshalb die Maschine behalten.

Hat noch Reste des Slushes vom Vorbesitzer im Ausguss. Zahlreiche Schrammen an den Seiten. Etwas hat sich durch das Belüftungsgitter gepiekst. Die Maschine wurde neu gekauft - zum vollen Preis!
