Smallest size is still too big
Its really hard to find any orange vest brand in amazon thats small enough for a 5'5 135lbs man and ill be honest my chest was 36inches and so yes the vest ended up being still too big on the smallest size, however I would say it is still decently long and true to size of 40inches. The packaging was really nice, it was in a strong slim box and a really nice vacuumed ziploc.

Great product for the money
I love that it is mesh and has pockets it is very comfortable I'm a bigger girl so I got a 5x just to make sure that I would have plenty of room while I was out on the racetrack taking pictures and that it would not bunch up underneath my harness that holds my camera and it worked out great it's very lightweight and the driver's on the racetrack can see me very well it is the perfect thickness not too much not too little

Nice but smaller
This vest runs small. I bought this for a big man. They run small. I got him a 4x which he normally is a 3x and it's still to small Size up a lot. Other than that vest is fine
