I'm looking for a watch with a countdown timer to remind me of medications. Does this easily set for up to 2 Â½ hours with an alarm at the end? Thanks

Yes. It does have a count down timer and a countdown repeat timer that i use as a nurse to remind myself to do things. The entire watch is easy to set up. Ive bought this watch since ive been 20 and im 41. I also like the band material since im allergic to all the rubber type bands. Excellent, well priced watch. Enjoy.

Does this watch have a velcro band? The picture doesn't seem to show velcro. What is the smallest size wrist that it will fit?
