This is hands down the best make up remover I have used. It's gentle on your face and doesn't leave your face feeling like all the oils have been stripped. I've used more creams and brands than I can count and would absolutely recommend this cleanser for all skin types, even sensitive skin like mine.

Overall great product - amazing for gently removing water proof mascara.

Nice face cleaning

A lovely cleansing balm that removes makeup so gently, so soft on the skin. I’ve purchased this before in a larger size. This smaller size is a good size for travel, but a little pricey tbh. Still lovely though!

After reaching 40 I decided it was time to take my skin care seriously. If like me you are looking for non toxic clean products this rates 65/100 on the clean scale. See my attached image of the few ingredients that are low risk. I marked this item as 4 star as 5 star would be reserved for skin care that has a higher clean rating. I am using this as part of my 2 step cleansing with one being oil based and one being water based. I have extremely sensitive skin, especially now that I am using medicated products too. This didn’t irritate me at all. Not even around my eyes which is such an overly sensitive area for me. Eye make up removal - Fantastic. I didn’t have to scrub, it didn’t burn, it removed wonderfully and easily. As simple as apply to dry skin and wash off.

Fabulous face cleaning product. First step of double cleanse. Removes everything. Lovely soft consistency. No nasties. I love the scented Emma Hardie and Elemis but they can aggravate if skin is retinol sensitive. The plain unscented ones like Clinique and the more affordable Korean brands and Body Shop feel boring to use. This is the best of the cleansing balms.

Love this! The smell is VERY subtle. The effectiveness is amazing! It does not burn your eyes & it does not leave an oily residue. I am so happy with the fact that I do not need an additional makeup remover solution just for my eyes.

Favourite product works amazing

I do like Farmacy cleansing balm and have been using it for over a year. It really cleans off makeup but leaves my skin soft and clean feeling. No need for a second wash. It’s great for acne prone skin, too! You don’t need much to clean your skin. I use about a fingernail’s worth. So, it might seem expensive but will last a long time if you don’t use too much. I don’t like the large jars so I got this combo to put one by the tub and one by the sink.
