Like many people during covid I was bitten by the sourdough craze. When I discovered buttermilk sourdough discard biscuits, I went to an entirely new level in my biscuit making. Blending the flour, discard, buttermilk and other secret ingredients can be messy, but that's product ensures a well-blended dough ready for folding, cutting, baking and eating too many sourdough discard biscuits before I go to bed each night. Get a small handheld nylon brush for cleaning the size that covers four knuckles, and this product becomes a breeze to clean. Durable well-made product as well should last a lifetime.
