A cool book about investment and portfolio management with all the right amount of math and explanation about that math. I hate books which start talking about investment right from the start with measure spaces and other field theory stuff. .. This book is quite good. A good and practically applicable book.

I purchased this book second hand from the seller named Roshan Book Centre and book is fine but hilarious thing is that the book should have 27 chapters and there are only 19 available in the book according to contents. Three stars are for the author.

Must purchase and a good asset for finance students.

Quality of book is not good, torn from side, some liquid has fallen on the book so mark it was there.

I am not sure this book is authentic Wiley copy, seems to be pirated. I spend money to buy original good quality book instead I got a photocopied book. This is fraud. Cheap quality paper. Printing is poor. Pathetic. Topics seems to be good. When amazon learn to check quality products. Disgusting.

I just received this book and realized that this was the international version. Now that I am looking back at the Amazon webpage, I can see where it shows that its published by Wiley, India. this is something that a US buyer wouldn't normally check. I am assuming that the books I am buying from Amazon are the US published/versioned books. I feel a bit shorted on this. I am sure the book is still decent, but would have preferred to receive the product I thought I was buying.

If anyone wants to learn the basic theory of portfolio investment and risk management, then this book is very helpful. It is in much detail!

This is a book full of mathematics. It is for a person who is studying for an examination, or a professional portfolio manager, rather than an interested amateur. Being an amateur, I found some useful material. This book could be interesting for you as well.
