I received the item last Oct 25, and after just five weeks of use, I’m already seeing cracks. Considering I paid over $50 for it, I didn’t expect it to be this fragile. Is it possible that you can send me a new one?

So the case is nice and light and sleek looking . I actually really loved the case; however, every single one of the cases either split apart at the bezel section or broke at the very thin part near the Digital Crown. Each one of the 3 that I bought failed within 45 days, for a a fairly expensive case comparatively that is not acceptable to me. So going forward I can no longer recommend Castify cases. I hope someone at the company reads this and fixes the issue as I don’t believe this to be a defect but a fault in manufacturing. 3 defects from 3 different colors, this seems unlikely!

Ajuste perfecto, me gusto mucho, tengo un ultra 1 generacion y este componente le cambio la cara parece otro. El paquete completo viene con protectores de pantalla, afortunadamente no los necesite por que no fui capaz de instalarlos, no se si fui yo o el producto. Resalto el marco, la textura y la calidad que se siente al tacto, resalto que viene con los protectores de pantalla.
