I ordered my sitting block for an online pilates class. It enables me to sit up straight and therefore get better movement in the spine, which makes certain movements work much better. excellent purchase, which I'd recommend. I'll be taking it to my regular pilates class once lock-down is finished, but also keep using it at home.

Sono davvero soddisfatta! Prodotto davvero di ottima qualità! Avevo bisogno di un bloccoche mi supportasse durante la posa del loto perché non sono ancora molto eleastica e la posizione fatico a mantenerla ... soprattutto mi venivano fitte alla schiena ... questo blocco e la sua misura particolare mi aiuta davvero tantissimo! Super consigliato!!

for yoga/pilates at home
Smaller than the one I use in my yoga/pilates class, but works fine. I also use it on my office chair to raise the seat height for sewing at my sewing machine.
