Poor Quality โ Handle Broke on First Use
Very disappointed with the quality. The side handle broke off completely at the airport on its first use, with only about 15 kg inside the suitcase. For this price, I expected much better durability. Would not recommend.

Bag Handle Finish Does Not Match Expectations
The bag handle color does not match my expectations. It is transparent, whereas I was expecting a finish similar to other brands. The transparent handle looks different and does not give a premium appearance.

Should have an option for 'extending' storage like Samsung and other major brands do. Expensive.Overall - a good buy for domestic flight as the suitcase is a 'medium' checkin size.
