Please DO NOT use this. The civets are kidnapped in their childhood from their habitat & are confined to extremely small cages, whereas leading the civet to suffer from stress.

Interesting read
I absolutely love Kopi Luwak coffee and found it very interesting to read about how it is actually made. This book explains everything about the coffee. What I really like is that there are some places listed, in both UK and USA, where you can actually buy the coffee. Next time I am in London, I will go and buy one! Just a shame you can't get it in more places. Lovely and easy read.
