Are these Asian cut and run small? I am 5'11", 185 lbs, waist 35. What size?

My husband bought an XL size...he is 6’2”, and 195 lbs. The shirt fits him perfectly. You should consider the Large size. The shirt fits like a typical biking shirt...snuggly but not tightly.

The black does not have a elastic waistband but the red does. Does the orange have elastic waistband or not?

The orange and yellow ones I received both had an elastic waistband.

Is this cotton shirt or cotton/poly blend??

Not cotton. Wicking synthetic: "Men's cycling jersey short sleeves is made of quick-dry fabric. Whenever you're sweaty the Jersey never adhere to your skin, It has a quick-dry and moisture wicking fabric feature which makes you feel more comfortable. It doesn't say the material exactly.

I'm a pretty skinny guy, so what size will fit a 6 foot 150 pound person?

I'm 5 foot 7 and 170 pounds . A large fits me pretty well, but is slightly long, so my bet would be a medium for you
