CoinManage 2009 CurrencyManage 2009
As a novice coin and currency collector I thought that this program was hard to follow. There could have been better instructions but once I played around with it, I finaly figured it out. When you can scan your coin or currency into the program, that's an asset.

Surprise!!!
I just installed the coinage software. The very first coin that I started to put in had no information data or even an area to install it under. It was a 1986 Silver Eagle dollar?????????????? What's up with this???????????

Still the same old software! August 2014
Echoing the sentiments of the other reviews I can tell you that customer support is TERRIBLE. The report writing portion is overly ambitious and even basic reports are difficult to generate the way you want them. Don't bother trying to set up your own data base. I tried to do one for my Casino Tokens. You cannot input a denomination (REALLY??) and forget about sorting the report the way you want to.The sad thing is that this program is better than the other two I have tried. EZ Coin (another Canadian software company... hum) is nothing of the sort. As for the other one I tried, I cannot even remember the name. At least it was not expensive. I just don't understand why there is not a decent coin inventory program out there. Coin Manage will do for now but keep your expectations very low and you want be too disappointed. And by all means don't spend a lot on the program. You can buy it direct for around 30 or 40 buck US any more and you will feel cheated.

CurrencyManage Software
Do not buy this product unless you want software with bugs that are never-ending, have a high threshold for frustration, and can deal without any customer support. I originally purchased CurrencyManage 2009 and managed to work with it. Nothing has improved with the release of CurrencyManage 2011. In fact, this version is much worse. Their claim for many improvements is not accurate because the new features are riddled with bugs. Stay away and try to find a generic collection manager. I can sum up this product by saying that 70% of all the features work, but none of the features work 100%. It's like they were in the middle of the updates and just stopped. to meet their release date. Can't offer any information on their CoinManage software.

CoinManage Coin Collecting Software
This software is not for beginners...it has a lot of flaws. When you create a new collection..like paper money, or foreign coins you enter the item and it ends us in the menu listing instead of on the catagory spread sheet, getting it there is impossible. Also editing the entered information is not possible. I am very unhappy with this software....I will have to shop around for another.

Fading Software, bugs and mamagememt problems (:
After years of using Coin Manage versions 2006 through 2013 I have virtually given up fighting the bugs. In 2013 the "Additional Information" section does not store the entered data. The values update to 2013 prices reverts back to 2011. The advertised "Custom Reports" do not work or can they be saved. My imported coin images are not saved, a real pain! I have written the developer Paul and customer service numerous time over the past 2 years and have yet to get a response. Conclusion: There is no customer service and I advise using the program at you own risk. The strong points are that there is nothing even close to the product for content and organization on the market today (6/2013) and therefor Liberty Street assumes people will buy the product regardless of the program bugs and nonexistent support. Liberty Street Software provides EXTREMELY POOR software support!
Liberty Street Software used to provide updates on a regular basis -- NO LONGER.Not only do they no longer provide software support or updates, but they quit responding to questions, both via the Liberty Street Software Coin Manage forum and via their website sometime late in 2008. In previous years, they had updates for the following coin year by the end of October. Inquiries about product and database updates - none of which have been provided since July of 2008 - have gone unanswered in spite of repeated requests directly to the tech support department.Until Liberty Street Software straightens out their software support problems, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE OF THIS PRODUCT!Bruce BarnesChicago IL

Software continually crashes
Software continually crashes and no response from LS people. Wish I had never upgraded from the 2011 version. Don't even bother with this 2013 version.
