The Art of Boat Names: Inspiring Ideas for Names and Designs

The title of this book is accurate and true to content of which it describes. I only wish I had payed more attention to it's meaning when I elected to buy it. As the title suggests, this book is not about boat-naming. It is an art book. Perhaps it would be more descriptive had the title been The Typography of Boat Names.

This is a "thank you" to Laurie Churchman for writing such a different book. The lettere's stories are especially interesting. This masterfully done book is a must for anyone interested in boat names or lettering.
