Burpee 'Sun Gold' Hybrid, Sweet Orange Cherry Tomatoes, 30 Non-GMO Seeds

I planted Burpee's Super Sweet 100 Hybrid cherry tomatoes this season and they quickly became one of the most productive plants in my garden. Germination was excellent, and the seedlings grew into vigorous, healthy vines with very little effort. Once the plants started producing, they seemed to be covered in clusters of bright red cherry tomatoes. The fruit is small, uniform, and lives up to its name with a sweet, rich tomato flavor that is perfect for snacking right off the vine, salads, and vegetable trays. The plants are currently producing, providing a steady harvest so far. With regular watering, they grew vigorously and yielded far more tomatoes than I expected from a few seeds. Every seed I've planted sprouted in five days using the Aerogarden seed starting system. I placed two seeds in each sponge and had to remove one plant when I transferred them to pots. Next time I will put only one seed per sponge since it seems wasteful to me to have to remove one every time. All things considered, I would highly recommend these seeds.

Great germination

Update; 8/9/24. I might not know much about tomatoes, but after about two months, they started to look like grape tomatoes. Their shape changed significantly from how they first appeared when they started growing, and taste pretty good. Original review; I recently purchased Napa grape tomato seeds from Burpee, only to discover after two months that what grew were not Napa grape tomatoes. This isn’t just a one-off mistake; several buyers reported the same issue back in 2022. This suggests a recurring problem, potentially intentional, to boost profits. I am deeply disappointed and will not be buying from Burpee again. I will also advise my friends to avoid this company. Such deceptive practices are unacceptable. Thank you for dropping by.

I think I was scammed. The description said 50 seeds, I received 16. Out of the sixteen seeds I received I had zero germination. It's not my first rodeo for germination and I truly think these were not real seeds. It's not so much the 5 or 6 bucks I spent but more of the quality. I contacted burpee and was told there are no replacements they can send me. That makes me wonder what I was actually sent....guessing not tomato seeds. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I grew a whole garden of tomatoes using these seeds. I had almost 100% germination rate. Ive got a jungle of plants. Phenomenal seeds.

Only half the seeds were in the package. Disappointed considering I paid almost $9.00.
