Excellent sound quality and best ANC of any headphones
I love these Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones. I used these on an international trip and the active noise canceling (ANC) was amazing. It is truly the best. I also liked that I could toggle between ANC and "Aware Mode" with just one tap of a button so I could hear announcements or quickly speak to people at the airport when needed. The ANC is the best I've had on any headphones. It was so quiet on the plan with these headphones. It created a quiet sanctuary and blocked out any jet engine noise or chatter going on around me. This allowed me to really enjoy watching movies with them because it made the spatial surround sound really stand out. This allows you to hear the sounds the way the filmmakers intended. This Cinema Mode allows you to hear sounds spatially (sounds that are far off in the distance sound far out in the distance; sounds that are behind you sound like they are coming from behind you). The surround sound is so well executed and it's hard to believe this quality of sound is coming from headphones. The comfort of these (and all Bose headphones) are the best I've ever worn. They are light and the cups are soft and comfortable. The band does not feel tight even on my husband's ridiculously large head. The battery lasted my entire 30 hour flight (15 hours each way) without charging. Charging is fast with USB-C. It paired seamlessly with my phone and laptop. It has its own app if you want to refine the sound but works perfectly without any adjustments. Volume control is simple: just slide your finger along the raised groove on the right cup. When you turn your headphones on, it tells you the status of the battery so you'l always know how full it is. The ear cups are replaceable. I love that it comes with its own zippered, hard case (truly a nice touch given that so many products are cutting corners and making once included accessories an option to purchase). And can we talk about how luxe these headphones look? They will definitely elevate your style. The gold and black are classic and timeless.

Amazing sound and comfort while looking fantastic!
Aptly named Quiet Comfort. These are very light weight and super comfortable! The sound quality and noise cancelation exceeds my expectations. I put these on with nothing playing and suddenly even the most faint nuisance noises are gone - like a vacation for my ears and mind. I really love the rich look of the White Smoke and chrome version and the quality feel of the whole device. I learned a lot about how to maximize these amazing headphones (your sound system is only as good as its weakest link). 1. iPhones and iPads don’t put out the highest quality music through their Bluetooth connections. So you can connect via the included usb-c cable OR you get this little wizard of a sound upgrade to AptX Adaptive high bit-rate music for these incredible cans. - Questyle QCC Dongle Pro [MFi Certified] USB-C Bluetooth Audio Adapter with LDAC,aptX Lossless&aptX-Adaptive,Low Latency Bluetooth 5.4 Dongle. 2. I like waring these for hours but almost all of the over ear headphones use some sort of unbreathable material (partly for ware and partly for ANC quality), so I added these and now I can ware the Bose QC Ultra 2s for hours: Easy installation and look fantastic on the QCs (very little impact on ANC). - WC Freeze QC Ultra – Cooling Gel Replacement Earpads 3. If you have some legacy audio gear like I do (6-cd changer, USB turntable, cassette player) that you run through a nice amplifier, you might want to add this to allow output from those to your headphones anywhere in the home. This allows for AptX AD (adaptive) for high quality audio transmission over a big range. - 1Mii B06TX+ Long Range Bluetooth 5.2 Transmitter for TV/PC/Projector to 2 Wireless Headphones/Speakers 4. Lastly, these are beautiful headphones and I want to both have them handy and visible. This works and make connecting a charging cable pretty simple. - New bee Headphone Stand Headset Holder Earphone Stand with Aluminum Supporting Bar.

Perfect Functionality and Fit
This is my third Bose headphones and have yet to be disappointed. I only received this last pair, the New QuietComfort Ultra Bluetooth Headphones (2nd Gen) a few days ago but using them have been an experience. The New QuietComfort Ultra Bluetooth Headphones (2nd Gen) model, are truly a work of science and art. The sound quality is unmatched and the comfort while using them is equally impeccable. I predominantly use the headphones while on travel and I can see that using these on a long flight are going to feel comfortable all through the flight. The few moments I was able to use I was genuinely impressed. The headphones are light weight which greatly helps the comfort. The packaging is vastly improved, and the carry case is awesome. In my previous model the carry case had no placement molding, and I constantly fumbled with loose foam pieces to keep them in place. This time Bose did a great job and the headphones just fit in the carry case without having to fumble with multiple pieces. The active cancellation is where the science melds in with the art of the design. Putting the headphones on put me in a different place - a quiet place - ready to be able to focus and avoid unnecessary distractions. Pairing the headphones to my phone was a breeze, worked first time. One would say you should expect that, well, I have struggled before with other pairings, but not with this latest New QuietComfort Ultra Bluetooth Headphones (2nd Gen) model. The phones easily pair with multiple devices making it possible to answer the phone while at the same time listen to music or watch a movie from another device. The only part to mention which feels like a work in progress is the app, needs work! Overall, great job Bose on the phones, keep the good work, cannot think where to suggest improvements. I certainly recommend these phones to all tech enthusiast out there and all audiophiles. You just have to try them.

The best Bose headphones ever made
The QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen) take an already great pair and fix nearly every nitpick from the originals. After living with them, I can say they're the most complete flagship noise-cancellers on the market. The headline upgrades are real, not marketing fluff. Battery life jumps to **30 hours with ANC on (23 with Immersive Audio), or 45 with ANC off** — a meaningful bump over the 24 hours the 1st Gen offered. They finally added **USB-C lossless audio** (16-bit, 44.1/48kHz) so you can plug into a laptop or phone for wired hi-res listening, and the same USB-C connection works as a mic for crystal-clear video calls. The new **Cinema Mode** is genuinely clever — instead of applying generic spatial audio to video, it balances dialogue, background, and effects the way a theater mix would. It makes Netflix on a flight feel like an actual movie. Bose also added a small but brilliant touch: an IMU sensor that auto-disconnects Bluetooth and drops into low-power mode when you lay the headphones flat. No more discovering a dead battery because you forgot to power them off. The fundamentals are still class-leading. ANC is the quietest Bose has ever shipped — plane engines, HVAC, office hum all disappear, and you can now fully switch ANC off (a long-requested option). CustomTune still calibrates to your ear shape on every power-on. Sound is rich, warm, and wide, with that signature Bose bass that's punchy without being bloated. At 250g with plush pleather cushions and a perfectly judged clamp, they're still some of the most comfortable over-ears for long flights or all-day wear, glasses included. Multipoint Bluetooth 5.4, aptX Adaptive, and a 15-minute fast charge for 2.5 hours of playback round out a properly modern feature set. Honest caveats: $449 is a lot, the Bose Music app's 3-band EQ is still bare-bones compared to Sony's, and Sony's WH-1000XM6 still edges them slightly on raw soundstage width. For everyone else — travelers, commuters, work-from-home folks — these are simply the best you can buy.

A Huge Upgrade — The Quietest, Most Comfortable Headset Around
A Huge Upgrade — The Quietest, Most Comfortable He I just upgraded to the Bose QuietComfort Ultra (2nd Gen) after four years with my previous Bose headset—which still works great—and this new version feels like a major step forward. What stands out immediately is the noise cancellation. My old Bose did a great job, but the Ultra model takes it to a completely new level. When I put these on, the world goes silent. On airplanes, cabin noise all but disappears. I use mine with an AirFly Pro to watch movies wirelessly, and the experience is outstanding. The sound quality is richer and more immersive. Bose’s new Spatialized Audio really does make the audio feel like it’s happening in front of you, not inside your head. Comfort is another big improvement. The materials feel more luxurious and solid. These headphones have a premium feel. I can wear them for long flights without any discomfort. The battery life is excellent, easily lasting through a full travel day. Unlike my previous model, when you remove these headphones, they go into a low-power sleep mode. It used to be frustrating forgetting to turn off my old headphones and returning the next day with zero battery. The Bluetooth connection is smoother than my previous Bose. Pairing is almost instant, and the connection stays solid. Calls are also clearer thanks to the noise-rejecting microphones that filter out background noise. Overall, this is the best pair of headphones I’ve ever owned. Bose kept everything I loved about my old set and improved every part of it—sound, comfort, noise cancellation, battery life, and connectivity. If you travel often or just want true peace and quiet, these are absolutely worth the upgrade. If you love hearing crisp and clear sound, this Bose headset improves the great sound I was used to and takes it to a new level.

More comfortable than Apple Sony Or Sennheiser
So i was split between getting these Bose or the Sennheiser HDB630. And that decision is based on what will you use these headphones for. I ultimagely bought these because: they were on sale, and I wanted something I could wear all day with out fatigue. These are so comfy and light I forget I have them on, the Sennheiserare heavier and are warmer making your ears hotter. All the hundreds of Reddit reviews and youtube reweiws have your answers if you're on the fence about sound quality the sennheiser sound way better, but less comforable and the noise cancleation doesnt come close to these Bose That being said I needed I can wear All day while at work with good noice cancleing so I can focus. The sound on these headphones aren't bad by any means i'm specifcally comparing to the best sounding noice canceling headphones available which are teh seinhezers. Between these and the Sony's I feel its a little closer but these are way more comforatable the competeing Sony's which clamp tighter. So if you travel alot and prefer the best noise cancleing and comforable headphones, these are them. As far as Apple airpods Max goes, those are less comfortable than this and sound okay. The trick to getting these to sound better is by dropping the EQ bass -3 or -4 because the bass in these headphones are a bit muddy, There is sub-bass in these headphones that can be heard even with -3 on the bass eq. The Good: super comfy, wear all day, I charge these 1-2 times a week only because they turn off to save battery as soon as you take them off your head. They have the emmersion setting that's simalar to the way apple does it and it sounds really good (not to many people talk about this in reviews) I don't use it all the time for specific music and songs it works really well, you can buy the same USB dongle just like you can with the Sennheiser for losless playback or USB from headphone into computer or Phone also noticably better, clearer and louder than bluetooth (always better to go wired than bluetooth regardless of which headphone), They fold up small for trave. the case is nice, The beigh/tan color is fire (i have so many black headpohnes) this is nice for a change, and i feel fancy. Connection between my iphone, macbook, and desktop is pretty seemless, the headphones know which ones you're using and switch automatically, There is EQ but its' pretty basic. price is good compared to HDB630, I got this on sale on Amazon as it will do time to time. Again Sound is really good and Sub Bass is there, I listen to a lot of House, detroit Techno, tech house, Breaks, Bass, Jazz, Rock, hip hop, soul, disco etc.. The bad: The bass is there, its just a little muddy its recommended by most reviews to turn the bass down in the eq so you can turn the volume up more to hear more definitino in the bass, occadionally there are randomm discoonnects, but i notice this more when I'm tyrin got dance with them and i'm moving, it will pause the music. not always not enough to make me frustrated, Ther's a slight learning curve to knowing how the headphones priortizes chats/calls etc on one device if you're trying to listen ot another device. Recommendation: All that being said you have to decide if you just want to hear the best quality audio from your music for a couple hours than go for HDB630. If you want to or need to wear headphones around casually all day for work and want to forget you're wearing headphones or if you're neruodivergent then go for these Boses, These Bose headphones sound arguably better than the Airpod Max's, It only falls short of the HDB630 when comparing to those.

2nd Gen Upgrade!
I have had the first generation QuietComfort Ultra's since they came out. They have been on my desk since the unboxing and used any time I am at my computer. I have loved them so obviously I jumped at the opportunity to test out the second generation. First, this Midnight Violet color is just stunning. I know that purple isn't for everyone, but I love it. The way that is shines and reflects the light is just eye catching. From there, that is not the only visual difference. There is a noticeable increase in the feel of the quality of materials. The headband feels a lot more premium. Also, the headband has a lot more cushion. This has made wearing them for prolonged hours more comfortable. In terms of audio quality, they sound fantastic. I don't notice an enormous difference from the first generation, but those were already amazing. It doesn't really matter what content you are consuming, they just sound great. I do wish there were more setting to tweak the EQ in the app for enhanced customizability, but that is a small complaint. Noise Canceling has been one of the largest jumps that I have noticed. The 1st generation did a great job but the 2nd generation is next level. But that was not the biggest surprise for me. I have been using the aware mode more than I ever have before. This mode feeds in outside audio as well as your music/content. But it seems to only feed in sounds like voices/dogs/loud sounds. So I can have them on enjoying my music in a near quiet environment and still hear my wife when she calls to me. That has been a pleasant surprise. BIG CHANGE: There is now a touch slider on the side that allows you to change the volume. This took me a bit to get used to but I have LOVED that change instead of fumbling for buttons. There is also a sleep mode where when you take them off your head, they will pause and go into sleep mode. So you do not need to always turn them off, although you can with a button. Overall, this is a great upgrade from the first generation and I would not second guess purchasing them. If you have the first generation, you will appreciate the upgrades, but do not need to rush out to get these. If you do not have a pair of headphone and are in the market, you will not be disappointed.

Great ANC but shallow ear cups
Bose QuietComfort Ultra 2nd Gen has great noise cancellation and clear sound, but a few things hold it back for me. The ANC is top tier as expected from Bose — blocks out plane noise, office chatter, AC hum with no effort. Immersive Audio mode is cool for movies and adds a nice spatial feel. My biggest issue is the ear cups. They’re not deep enough — my ears touch the inside padding, which gets uncomfortable after an hour or so and makes the seal feel off. For a flagship at this price, I expected more room inside the cups like the Sony XM5 or AirPods Max. Volume is also lower than I’d like. Even maxed out, it doesn’t get as loud as other headphones I’ve used. Fine in quiet rooms but on the subway or a noisy cafe I want more headroom. They also feel heavier than the older QuietComfort models. You notice it after a long session, especially on top of the head. Sound quality and ANC are excellent, no doubt. But comfort and volume keep these from being a clear win over the competition.

It’s all in the name!
I researched a lot of headphones before choosing the QC Gen 2. I had an older version of Sony’s flagship before so I felt these ones needed to be great. After using then consistently for several months I can say they are. What makes them great is in the name. Quiet- yes noise cancelling is great without hiss, not quite as quiet as Sony, but I would say that the way it feels is more natural. Pass through is superior, I can use these for conference calls and hear myself perfectly and voices are crisp and clear. Comfort- I can use these for hours and even fall asleep with them on…nuff said. Sound- these sound great out of the box and the 3 band EQ is more than enough to perfect them. It’s hard to describe this sound, its precise and warm, offering a satisfying and immersive experience in every genre. Most important is that it’s not fatiguing, allowing longer term playback and enjoyment. Price- seems high, but the quality is worth it.

Eccellente cuffia
Quindi esperienza musicale unica quanto a polifonia.

Best Overall Headphones
Well all I have to say that these things are perfect. Weight wise and comfort wise there are the best you can get out in the market. Audio quality is good and ANC is 4/5 but the transperancy is really amazing was not expecting that 5/5
