CAP Barbell Neoprene Dumbbell Weights

One of my favorite purschases. Simple, and great coating for a nice grip without fingers slipping. It's been very instrumental in my workout journey, especially for strength training and toning. I've been using it for some time now, and it's holding up. Doesn't cheaper over time.

I was going to order a different brand, but when I read that the neoprene might peel, I decided to go for CAP. They're a couple of dollars more, but my University Extension uses them in the class I'm taking, so I believe they'll hold up. The shipping box totally fell apart but the weights were in perfect condition and exactly what I ordered (I ordered 4's, 5's, and 6's).

Got these on sale so value was awesome! Quality is great and the rubber coating is great for not beating up the floors. Coating also makes gripping effortless. Makes basic workouts very easy and effective.

I've got the orange 8 lb and the pinkish 5 lb cap CAP hand weights. They are perfect for my workouts. They have a lightly textured surface for grip when your hands get sweaty. The heads of the weights also have a hexagon shape which keeps them from rolling when using under your hands for planks, etc. My hands fit well under the 8 lb weights in plank, but the 5 lb weights don't have quite enough clearance for that to be comfortable. Love the orange color! Cons: You should know the weights do ship in a bag. This isn't great. It's probably 50/50 if your weights arrive damaged or not. And also don't expect a 100% match in the neoprene coverings. One of my weights have a different texture than the other.
