How do u insert photo?

On the bottom of the globe, there are two rivets that turn and the photo insert will slide down. You can change the photo as often as you like.

Do I provide the picture or can I place it in once I receive?

You do the picture yourself. Print off a small pic and slide it inside. Smaller than a wallet size as it looks larger once in water.
