These were easy to fit ans work great. I love taking shower now no more adjusting the cold tap to keep temperature right. .A brilliant product at a really good price.

Be prepared for the fact that the instructions do not say the head is telescopic, I nearly missed this and only knew about it because I saw it in another review I have quite a lot of plumbing tools and confidence, though I am not a plumber, yet I am finding this fitting moderately difficult to install I have never installed a mixer bar before, and it seems common across these devices that the mixer/tap assembly itself relies on the pipework both to supply the water and provide a rigid mechanical fixing basically holding it in place. For this reason two connectors - being very strong and chunky sections of metal - are provided to fit hot and cold inlets, and these work as water pipe AND bracket. Unfortunately these do not fix to any wall or timber stud, so you need to buy a separate part, i can live with that, that's ok... a brass-coloured 90 degree tap connector does the trick, one you get the depth of the fixing worked out (allowing for plywood / cement board and tiles and adhesive The connectors also have different sized threads at each end, as do all tap connectors PROBLEMS: More unfortunately, the supplied connectors are cranked, meaning that he bore of one end is not concentric with the other, I do not know why this is done, a straight connector would be far easier to fit, as teh cranked connectors need to be tight to bite, and it seems to me very difficult to get right and left (cold and hot) to be watertight and at the same position of the clockface they wind up and down and side-to-side eccentrically....I have had to discard the supplied connectors and try to build up a connector using straight fittings, but this is not very satisfactory SUGGESTIONS I think this product would be far better if supplied with straight connectors, ideally with some screw fixing plate OVERALL It's inexpensive, but I haven't managed to fit it yet, my ensemble of connectors from my local plumbing merchant leaks, probably because the merchant failed to mention fibre washers for the fittings, PTFE is not making a seal

I bought two of these items in January and i have had had to replace one already, Started off fine then as the weeks (8) went on the flow of water just got less and less the point it was just trickling out of the rain shower head. Thought it was a pressure issue so put pump on it as well and exactly the same output. The wife said "i think it may be the shower unit itself" i said no!, bought a new Mira Atom unit for £200 boom. so the moral to the story is dont waste your money. the units look nice and shiny to start with, but they are just cheap chrome plating, and the rain shower head is plastic with chrome coating effect. i think the Guarantee is also not even worth the paper its written on.

Good quality shower for the money. Buying another one for another bathroom after using this one for a month,very pleased.

6 months on.... Still absolutely brilliant! See original review below Having a bathroom refurb and purchased this to replace an electric shower. Our pressure isn't great and we have a combi boiler. I've been put off in the past with mixers due to water pressure but, my plumber said this type of shower would be fine. OMG!! You know how when you go on holiday/hotel stay, the showers are nice and big? Well, I can't wait to get home to use mine!! The pressure is awesome, I love the little head and use this when I need to wash my hair without actually being in the shower. The temperate self regulates so more freezing/boiling water when someone else in the house flushes the loo! Only had this set up for a month but all good, set the temperature, and thereafter, just need to switch the on/off for either the big head or the smaller one. When taking a shower, I always put my hair up to stop it getting wet, I was a little concerned that as the large head forces the water straight down, I'd have to use the smaller one instead. When it was time to actually wash my hair, I used the large head and realised that if I just hold my head back slightly, my hair wouldn't get wet anyway so thereafter, always use the large one now. Really pleased with my purchase, highly recommended UPDATE APRIL 2022 So both shower heads starting to slowly drip a few weeks ago, getting steadily worse as the days go on. Plumber cannot source replacement cartridges so we now need a whole new shower! It was good while it lasted but 30 months usage makes this an expensive shower.
