Bunge Angel Yeast Co. Instant Dry, 500 g

Seriously one of the best dry yeast I ever used. I was skeptical considering the big quantity and the low price, but the reviews convinced me to give it a try. This yeast will not disappoint! It rise very quickly and make for nice fluffy bread dough. Since it is a huge quantity, I transferred it to an airtight container that I keep in the freezer, and it still works perfectly every time I use it.

Perfect yeast . I have used it so far for Pizza base , burger bun and bread. All came out perfectly. Once opening the vaccum packed yeast - transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer to keep it fresh and alive. The expiry date for the pack that I recieved was 2 years in the future .

The yeast is not outstanding, but live and good enough.. The mfg date on the pack for the one I bought in June 2020 was December 2019.. So the 6 months age was a factor, though the expiry is 24 months from date of mfg.. I have put half in a air tight bottle in the freezer and rest in a bottle in fridge.. Need to see how they fare over the next few months.. But during the lockdown, was glad to get my hands on this.. thanks to amazon..

it comes in an airtight pack, its much better than baking soda, its fragrance is awesome.....i don't know much about baking but still with this yeast i made very good whole wheat atta cake(no maida) also market like pizzas....go for it without thinking twice....i bought it for 175 + 88 delivery charges but that's worth it.

I am using this instant yeast powder daily to make bread and pizza bread in my bread maker. It is very powerful agent. I need exact one and half teaspoon to make bread with 500gm flour. The bread comes out very soft and fluffy....Better than when I used the yeast granules available in grocery store . Also there is no hassle of activating the yeast. It saves time .

Very fast yeast. Like u need no wait u can make pizza after 10 minutes u made dough and it will be fluffy and light. Super quality! Deserve yeast in body temp water or milk along with little sugar to activate it. Then make dough. It's just perfect!

Good product but it’s Chinese. Feeling guilty while using

30 minutes is all it needs.. Add directly to dry flour, make soft dough, cover for 30 minutes & fermentation complete!! The yeast is of very good quality and the angel company packaging is awesome. When you first take it in your hand, one gets confused as it feels like a 500 gram single hard rock inside. But as you cut open the yeast packet, the airtight hard rock packaging opens to sandy grains of yeast. The quality of yeast is very good. You can mix it directly to the flour, though i proofed it to check quality. 1 star cut for poor Amazon delivery. Their prime delivery service is getting worse..
