This is a review of Highams Weighted Blanket 8kg for Adults. I purchased this because I had been struggling with anxiety and poor sleep for months, and after reading about the benefits of weighted blankets for deep pressure therapy, I decided to give this affordable option a try. I like to use this for sleeping at night, as well as draping it over me while relaxing on the sofa during the evening to help unwind after a stressful day. What I like about this product is the even distribution of the glass beads in the quilted pockets, which prevents any clumping and provides consistent pressure across the body. The soft cotton fabric feels comfortable against the skin, it comes in a generous 150 x 200cm size that covers a double bed well, and the grey colour is neutral and stylish. My experience using this product is very positive. From the first night, I noticed falling asleep faster and waking up less often, with a real sense of calm and security from the gentle weight. It does get quite warm, which is perfect for cooler nights but might be too much in summer. The build quality seems solid, with no beads leaking after several weeks of use. For the price, it offers excellent value and has genuinely improved my sleep quality. I would recommend it to anyone dealing with insomnia or anxiety.

To hot for summer use. We will see how it works in winter.

Ho preso l'articolo da 8kg e ne peso 60, svolge bene la sua funzione. Peccato manchi la custodia (presente nelle immagini e nella descrizione dell'articolo) e avrei preferito ci fosse la possibilità di scegliere altri colori.

La manta es increíble y nada más probarla me ha encantado. Está bien cosida y no le veo fallos. Por desgracia la bolsa ha venido rota de un asa, lo cual me parece un poco cutre porque por la forma en la que venía en el paquete me la han enviado así. Se ve en el vídeo, le he puesto unos alfileres y voy a coser el asa. Por lo demás todo bien, pero quien lo haya empaquetado no debería enviar paquetes con partes rotas. Al final la manta es lo que importa y si que está perfecta, así que tampoco me voy a quejar más.
