If the question is, does the price include a Bed Frame? Then no, however, some people choose to just place the mattress on the floor.

What are the dimensions of the vacuum packed box delivered in?

The mattress is folded in 2 - so the width is the same but the height is halved. Hope this helps.

Does it come with the 100 night guarantee?

I cheched with OTTY and the response is "it depends" The important thing is to chrck who'the seller. If sold by OTTY the 100 night trial applies. If sold by anyone else, you'll need to check with the seller directly.

Will this mattress sag in the middle over time

We've had our mattress for a year now and yes it has given in the middle but only very slightly. Any mattress will do the same over a period of time given that there's weight on it eight hours a night every night. Still very impressed with it though.
