Poor Product Support

When I purchased this 48v Golf Cart battery the reviews were all positive and 5 stars. However, today I am giving them a one star rating as they (Vatrer) DID NOT stand behind their product. The battery was placed in storage mode according to Vatrer instructions. Three months later when I tried to activate the battery everything was dead. The charger doesn't work and the battery monitor indicated 0835mV per cell. I contacted Vatrer who claims they have 24/7 customer service which took the weekend off. Their solution to the issue was to contact Amazon for a replacement. This is not an Amazon issue. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to stand behind their own products. Amazon is currently working on this issue with their A-TO-Z guarantee for Amazon customer protect..

Excellent battery replacement option

Installation instructions are minimal but it will vary from cart-to-cart. Battery worked really well and was straightforward to install for my 2012 EZGO TXT 48V. App works well but my screen didn’t work right away. It has a connection error but they are sending a replacement out. Haven’t had a chance to test the heating yet but will this winter as the cart gets used year round.

Great for the price and overall expectations

We are very happy with this battery! We were used to the regular golf cart batteries and having to check the water level. I’ve gone through two sets of the typical golf cart batteries spending almost $3000 in 6 yrs. With this battery and the long warranty, I should get 8-10yrs for less than what I spent in 6 yrs.
