Emile Henry 9.25" x 4" Loaf Dish | Burgundy

I am in love with this loaf pan. It has a beautiful deep Red color and pleaded sides . The loaves came out perfect and taller than the wider pans I’ve had. I’ve also ordered the same loaf pan in the clay color. I plan on baking banana , zucchini , lemon , blueberry loaves , pound cakes , and also savory breads and meatloaf. Buy it , no regretting here came very well packaged and before expected date .

This product and brand is one of the BEST on the market! Is not very well known in the USA but highly available and trusted throughout Europe. I am very happy that this seller offers it through Amazon. It’s high heat resistant, very easy to clean and foods come out amazing. The best feature is that it heats evenly ( i tested it) . Perfect for my banana bread loafs! Would highly recommend. I own other products feom this brand and it never fails me.

Amazon says this is one quart. It's definitely small. I didn't see a one-quart loaf pan on the Emile Henry website. The smallest one was 1.25 quart, so I'm not sure if the two are the same. Regardless, I love this loaf pan. It makes more of a traditional shaped loaf of bread. Oven bake time and temp is the same as with my stainless steel pan. I use less than 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil to grease the ceramic (I'm not a fan of parchment paper), the bread comes out of the pan very easily, and is nicely browned. The pan is super easy to clean. I'm pleased with my purchase.

These pans are gorgeous and perfectly sized to make loaves of gluten free bread. The slightly smaller dimensions and straighter sides works well to hold the rise of gluten free doughs. They are very easy to clean and very well made. I love them so much I bought extra in case I break one accidentally!

This is a beautiful bread dish. My bread baked evenly, came out easily (I do grease it with butter), and it’s easy to clean. It’s also well-made and SAFE. I did a lot of research before buying this, and I feel good about my kid eating bread from this. I know she’s not eating forever chemicals with her bread. But seriously, why do they make bread pans so small? I’m making tiny sandwiches over here! I would happily give this five stars if it was wider & deeper. Not sure why they made it so small.

I love this size Emile Henry loaf dish. It is the perfect size for a taller, elegant result. Many loaf dishes produce a low, wide baked result. I prefer the taller result. The dish itself is beautifully designed with the illusion of pinch pleats on both ends. I love it!!!✨💕💕💕💕

Great product for baking evenly.

This will handle higher temperatures than the average ceramic bread pans. It's a more versatile product. It's a better product than most.

Bello. Ottimo materiale. Utilizzato finora per i dolci, cuociono benissimo senza attaccarsi.

Much healthier to use than non stick and easy to clean. My bakes seem to have a better even bake than before. Really happy with it.
