Don't know if it was dropped or damaged during shipping, it was rattling when I turned it, took it apart and put the piece back where it needed to go, and it has been working great since.

This is a nice candle warmer. It does what it supposed to do. I really like the light on top it gives the room a nice ambiance. I gave 4 stars b/c it doesnt work well with large candle like the one from Yankee Candle Co. But it was a good by for the price. I might purchase another one.

I love the idea of the dual lights. The bottom light works great to warm the candle and other waxes that I’ve tried. I appreciate that the top is adjustable and swivels 360° so that you can heat a larger candle. My one issue with the candle warmer is that the top light only worked for the first time that I used it. The feature was absolutely beautiful for the first night. Then when I turned it back on, it still works and looks cool, but the moving water effect Was more visually appealing than the stable light. It also kind of makes a weird sound when the top light is on. I do appreciate the amount of light that it brings to a darkened room. I thought about returning the product but was worried that I would get a replacement product that has the exact same problem. So I’ve just kept it.

The warmer worked great in my therapy office for six months. The timer was an added bonus for me to have it turn off by itself. The light was powerful enough to add just the right amount of light to make it relaxing and calm. It heated any candle I used both short and tall with the adjustable neck. It was an amazing purchase until Now I am unable to get it to turn on which seems to be an issue with the lamp itself as I have tried several outlets that work and it just won’t turn on. It happened after I u plugged it to move it and now just seems to be not working.
