This is one of the BEST purchases I've ever made. I've jumped started a car battery in less than 10 seconds, two different times, and I've inflated multiple car tires and small trailer tires. It inflates a fraction of the time that the air pumps you pay $2+/use to inflate. The money and time I save on that and possibly roadside assistance for battery jump starts alone is more than worth the initial price, which is very reasonable. Another perk is that it comes with a high quality, sturdy container to carry it in. I also love that it charges with a usb-c cable. The only time it's in the car is when I'm out driving. I always bring it inside when I come back home. That's how small and convenient it is. One last thing is that this costs $20 LESS than the versions sold in big box stores and they don't have an air pump and aren't anywhere close to being as powerful. The only drawback is when inflating a tire, it's very loud, but I don't care at all. It works perfectly, that's all that matters. I would buy this again and again and again, and I highly recommend that you keep one with you when driving because you never know when you'll need it and don't want to have to rely on the kindness of strangers...or maybe you could be help a stranger in need. For example, I found out the hard way that if the temperature drops below 30 degrees like it did a a month ago and your battery is somewhat weak (I didn't know mine was at the time), that drains your battery. Luckily, I already had this starter and it was my first time using/testing it. It works, but make sure it's completely clamped on or it won't fully jump until it is. You'll see the lights on the car's dashboard come on but it won't fully jump/turnover until it's clamped on good. I was NOT given this for free in exchange for a review nor was I paid for this review. I read the reviews on different brands, selected this one and bought it full price. I took a chance and am so glad that I did. I'll never buy those huge 5 lb. jumpstarters with a handle that you have to charge in an electrical outlet ever again. Never ever. This review is long, but maybe some of the tips in this will help someone else and save you from having to figure certain things out on your own like I had to.

This device is incredibly useful and gives real peace of mind to have on hand. The charging ports are a great addition, making it even more practical for everyday use. I was able to fill my bike tires and sports balls super fast—very efficient. Compact size makes it easy to store in the car or carry anywhere. The built-in flashlight is a nice bonus, especially for emergencies or low-light situations.

Great product. Husband has used it several time to put air in different tires and works fast and easy to use. Would recommend this product. Haven't had to use it to charge battery, but for putting air in the tires it's great and I imagine the charger is just a good.

Like many folks, my car sits unused. My two year old battery decided it was weary of life and that holding a charge was against its physical beliefs. However, it would hold a charge for a week, then a couple of days, as long as I ran the engine for 30 minutes or so. Speaking of holding a charge, the first time it died, I had my neighbor help me jump the car, thinking this was a one time deal. The next time it happened, they were on vacation. I decided to see if there was a portable jump starter available. Searching Amazon, there are a plethora of products to choose from. I have to admit my choice was between others and it was reading reviews and overall price+product design that made my decision. I can't speak from knowledge of the device pre buying. I will admit, I was hesitant to buy this. I mean, a portable battery charger? Unheard back when I was a kid, and we trickle charged batteries for days, jumped our cars, debated whether we could touch the powdery leaking acid, and other things one did back when we walked uphill both ways to get anywhere. The charger arrives. The first thing that struck me was how small it is. The second thing was, no power cord. This thing charges via USB. I was thinking, no way, no way this can jump start a car. But, that's me, cynical and a disbeliever. So, I plug it in, watch the pretty blinking light, and think, OK, charge away little battery charger. The charge is full. Now, one thing, the cables are short, but that doesn't really matter, this thing is light and you just put it wherever there is a flat surface. I connect the cables. No spark, nothing. I am thinking wait, no spark? What? Oh, I guess you should turn it on. Important safety tip. Turn it on before using it. I get behind the wheel. Thinking, you know, if this doesn't work, how much is a tow truck. When is my neighbor coming home. Who decided we needed jam and jelly. I turn the key. Boom, it starts. Just like that. I disconnect the cables. I let the car run. I am thinking, wow. 5 days go by. Same thing, battery is dead. Lovely. I check the charger. 4 bars. It holds a charge even after jumping my car. I jump it again. I go get some Mexican food from a local food truck. Luckily, I take my new charger. We are now calling him Mickey, after the trainer in Rocky. Just because. I get in my car. Turn the key. Nothing. Mickey is hooked up again, he starts my car. Rinse/repeat the above about 3 more times. I realize, not going to happen with my dead battery, need to buy a new one. So I take it in and Mickey is now idle. Now, filling up the tires. It's a little tricky, because you actually should read the instructions, not just plug it in and think whooshing thoughts. But, Mickey filled all of my tires. Oh, and Mickey overfilled my tires, as the person who replaced my battery told me, since my sensor detected the tires were more than full. Oh, and Mickey still had two bars after filling all four tires and jumping my car. In summary, this is a must have product. Must have for every car. Must have if the power goes out since you can charge your phone. Mickey will live inside my car for all time. He is a champion. Last thing, in terms of storage, everything fits inside the case. Even the medal I plan on giving Mickey as soon as I find an appropriate one. I might be gushing but this is an amazing product. And yes, it's put together very well, no loose parts, no scratches, no hidden nicks or anything like that. I know this because I have gone over every inch of Mickey (OK that sounds a little weird but this thing fascinates me, it's like I discovered alien tech or some cold war relic out of a secret Russian lab). Very much a buy recommend. I will stop now, I think I need to start my car and test the new battery ...
