Great pick!
This mattress was exactly what I was hoping it would be. It's soft but firm, comfortable and supportive. It came in extra packaging for protection, but still puffed up pretty quickly after opening. It will be a great spare bed for our guests too. I am very happy with my purchase!

One of the worst products I’ve purchased in a long time
This is one of the worst products I have purchased in a long time. It barely lasted 6 months before it became flat in some places and lumpy in others. When I looked inside, it was all cut up pieces of foam and some of them were dirty. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

Extremely Heavy
This comes in a smallish-medium sized box but is veeery heavy - have heard complaints that it needs to special handling to make it come to full size but for me it popped out of box fully usable. It is difficult to fit into 90 degree angle of futon but hoping this will improve - Love it

Wrong color but very comfy
It's very comfortable however not the color we ordered. We ordered dark gray and got black. It works but not what we ordered .

Do not buy this
Completely lumpy and did not inflate properly despite following the enclosed instructions. Extremely uncomfortable and the buttons dig into your skin.
