I recently purchased this camera to cover the back garden area of my property. I wanted a good camera for a decent price. After much research, I opted for this one due to it's price, previous reviews and the fact that it was pretty much play-and-play. I'm really happy with the camera. The installation was easy and it just worked as soon as I set it up. The image quality is spot on (day and night) and there are some really useful features in the accompanying app. The solar panel that came with the camera has kept the battery topped up so far, so apart from the initial charge I did when I bought it, I haven't had to touch it since. I also like the fact that it has an SD card slot which means you're not forced to subscribe to a cloud service. Although, after owning it for less than a week and being so pleased with the results, I have now opted for the cloud service at £25 a year... Purely because of the extra content it allows. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase and I think you'd struggle to beat this on price and quality.

I wasn’t sure what to make of this for the price. But other reviews were good so I gave it ago. All I can say is how impressed I am with it the peace of mind having this side of house covered and even trying it out indoors to keep an eye on new Hearing Dog who is settling after just arriving this week and it’s working fine indoors so I am able to use outside and inside ( as long as solar panel had sunlight. It has strobe lights come on at night when motion is detected, it then switches to colour, ( you can disarm this feature but it’s clearer and sharper with them activated) I can set off a very loud panic alarm, which I could see being good in remote areas, you can speak via the camera, both hopefully frightening off an intruder. Also the sound quality of people waking past is amazing ( despite being deaf myself I can get Nieghbour’s to check and see what’s being said, or it may give the police an important piece of information if a crime had been committed. The cable from the unit to solar panel is very long and it may not always be needed but the fact it’s there give you more placement positions and being of that length you can always direct solar panel to face the sun even if the camera is facing the shade. What surprised me was how far I’m away it picks up movement and you can set it up to pick up motion, pets, parcels and cars you can also switch of any you don’t want. It was a pleasant surprise when it reacted I looked and couldn’t see a movement a first it said car well sure enough when I looked on full screen in the very distance a car was turning round. It was a good 100m away I’ve including a video to give the idea of distance and also a still shot from inside-training my Hearing Dog It a great piece of kit and for the price ( when I compare it to the “Ring” Doorbell quality of images and sound are on par for the price I can’t see how anyone could be disappointed. I really can’t fault it but my only criticism would be it would be better with a fish eye lens. It only picks up the direction facing the direction of the lens- but it is still quite s wide area, but in a garden that really isn’t to big a problem. I’ve including black and white and then colour screen shots of night the fox and cat are only distorted because they are still shots from videos and the strobe lights come on so fast but it gives you an idea.

Very easy to install. Just a few small holes and positioning. The camera is North facing at the rear of our house so I installed the solar panel facing SW on the side of the house. The cable between the camera and the solar is approx 6ft. I installed the camera adjacent to the black downpipe which also hides some of the excess solar cable. You cannot shorten the cable so if there is no where to hide it you will need to fold it and secure it with maybe cable ties. Its easy to set up, download the app (CloudPlus), follow the instruction to set up and mine worked first time. Picture quality is very good 1080p and detection worked. There is a siren and light which you can choose to activate when motion is detected. You can also access the camera via the app anytime to see a live image. As the device is pointing at the back door we will only activate motion detection when we are away else it will be sending notifications everytime we walk out. Its easy to turn motion on or off in the app its just a toggle. So far I am pleased with this device. Its not been long enough to comment on the solar but I expect it to work fine as we will not be asking much of the device most of the time.

I'm reasonably pleased with this camera, especially at the price paid £30 on Prime Day. Set up was quick at less than ten mins and overall fitment took just under an hour including faffing around with positioning. I fully charged the camera up before install and despite my initial concerns that the solar panel was a bit small, this has proved unfounded as even at this time of year, December, it has managed to stay at around 80-90%. The picture quality is perfect and it auto switches to black and white at dusk but switches back to colour when it detects motion and our security lights are triggered. (these are only solar-powered so not overly powerful). The only downside is that recording starts a few secounds after motion is detected thus you don't get the full picture or just the tail end of someone walking across it. For us this isn't a huge issue as camera is pointed towards our drive only but worth mentioning if you need full coverage. For this I think you would need a wired in cctv camera as they are constantly on thus record in realtime when motion is detected. I find the app ok, it is not the best but is easy enough to use. You can put an overlay on an area that you want detection and leave out an area that does not need to be covered. There are various settings you can adjust to tweak it to your needs. Overall for the price it does give peice of mind and I'm happy enough with it.

This camera has all of the qualities and features that you need to keep watch on your property without the unnecessary cloud extras that you often get charged for. The video quality is very good, the night vision is great, and the quality of the build is strong. The camera is very easy to set up, the manual tells you how to download the free app, the app guides you with setting up the camera to your wifi and will generate a QR code on screen that you simply put in front of the camera and it will read the QR and configure the settings to connect to your wifi network. You can use the solar panel addon so that you don't have to charge it up every month or two. Just give the camera a full charge before installing it, plug in the solar panel, and place it somewhere that gets a good view of your property and enough sun to keep it charged. I fixed the camera to a bird feeding table (which you can get for £12 from a local big chain variety store) which allows you to position the camera anywhere in your garden discreetly, rather than fixing it anywhere specifically and means you can add the solar panel to it too, so you can move everything around as and when you want to without headache. The camera has an SD card slot, so you can buy a cheap SD card that will provide you with plenty of storage, which means you don't need to pay for cloud storage like most other cameras get you on, plus it wont use up your bandwidth by uploading/downloading footage. Everything is kept on the card and can be downloaded to your phone whenever via the app or plugged into your computer. You get the typical motion detection alerts whenever there's human movement in your garden and the default settings are good to go, but you can get picky and adjust if you want. You can connect to the camera at any time to see what's going on, and it has two-way audio, so you can talk to your delivery driver or visitor if you're away from home as you'll be notified of movement and can connect to see what's going on. If you have a big property and a weak wifi signal in some locations, you can buy a cheap wireless extender for about £20 again from a popular local variety store for home that offers 'bargains'. This will boost the signal of your wifi to reach areas that are weaker, which could be your garden. All in all, after a great deal of research, I opted for this camera, for quality, SD card facility, non-cloud, motion detection, night vision, app access, wireless, outdoor, rechargeable, solar power and this ticks all of the boxes. I will be buying another for the rear garden, and perhaps another for a different angle. Couple this, with cheap Security Camera sticker signs and motion detection solar lights, and you'll have a good deterrent from people looking to visit you for no good reasons!

I have used solar power wireless cameras before so understand the apps as they are similar. I have installed this camera on the side of my garage to be able to see my car and driveway when I am not at home. The camera has turned out to be a waste of time, (drilling holes, screwing everything together and positioning the camera as well as installing and fine-tuning the app). Here’s why: • Camera does not pick up motion detection and therefore does not send alert or record video, despite the app being set up to do exactly that • Camera constantly buffers and receive error message- “Please wait a moment”. I have stood in front of it doing a jig and still it does not pick me up. • Camera does not charge in situ. I thought perhaps the Wifi was not very good so started again, this time using a Wifi extender, as suggested by the app location section. I put it right next to the extender which had a full signal. But it made no difference. I also thought the charging problem could be solved by moving the solar panel to a better location. But it made no difference. Of course, I did think that given the seller boasts that most problems are simple to solve and that customer service would reach out within one day, I might be able to get some assistance. In four days of asking for help via email and also via the app, the only reply has been to ask for the serial number of the camera and then nothing further. So in short, it does not do what I want it to do, ie alert and record for human activity on my drive and customer service is not forthcoming. Please don’t waste your time as well on this.

I was very surprised about this small and very intelligent little gem of a camera I have had some bad experience over the years but for me this little majic box is a delight its crystal clear image is brilliant. I use it to look after my motorbike and its great it has an intelligent sensor that can pick up a human going near my motorbike it sets off an alarm and strobe light that is very powerful that will alert you and scare off potential threats but if my cat decides to shelter from the rain under my bike it knows its no threat amazing you can ring fence an area you want to protect at certain times of the day or night by setting the timer then it activates if anybody go's in the area I can recommend this product just brilliant Installation was very easy and the app walks you through how to set up your phone and camera settings I have had it up now over 3 weeks and not one false alarm to the point I had to make sure it was working and it does perfectly great job and it's such a great price for what you get in the box

It's a nice looking camera, small ish and compact. Image quality seems ok and was easy to set up. Bad bits, saying it has flood lights is a bit of a exaggeration in fact it's a whopper of an exaggeration there just lights that come on but don't really do anything. There is some delay in someone walking in front of the camera and the recording starting which kind of defeats the object of having the camera. Watch it live it's all good but who has time to do that just in case they need to press the record button. Overall it's a decent camera at a decent price , would I buy again probably not but if you just want to see what's going on then this camera will do the job.

Eindeutig Ja! Bei der Bestellung war ich sehr skeptisch, ob diese Kamera bei einem Preis von 79 Euro was taugt, gerade auch noch mit einem Solarpanel. Ich habe einige andere Kameras laufen, die sehr viel preisintensiver waren, aber keinen Mehrwert bringen, außer das vielleicht der Blickwinkel von 160° ist. Dieser hier ist ein wenig kleiner, doch das tut keinen Abbruch. Die Einrichtung ist schnell erledigt, App runtergeladen, Konto erstellt, mit der Kamera verbunden, erledigt. Die Bildqualität finde ich sehr gut, das Erkennen von Bewegungen geschieht sehr schnell, die Meldung kommt fast zeitgleich aufs Handy. Die Bewegungen und die Personen sind gut erkennbar. Etwas fummelig ist vielleicht die Halterung, um bei der Einstellung der Blickrichtung den richtigen Winkel zu finden, geht aber auch. Jetzt zum Thema Akku und mit Solarpanel laden. Auch das funktioniert sehr gut. Der Akku hat am Abend noch eine Kapazität von ca. 70%. Auch bei wenig Sonne, wie bedecktem Himmel, wird der Akku aufgeladen. Das kann man gut in der App verfolgen. Speicherung der Daten: Zum einem auf der Speicherkarte und es wird eine Cloud angeboten, welche 6 Sekunden Videos kostenlos speichert. Ich habe beide Optionen angewählt. Sollte die Speicherkarte oder die Kamera gestohlen werden, hab ich immer noch die Videos in der Cloud. Sicherheit: Logge ich mich mit der App auf die Kamera ein, wird er Zugriff und der Datenstrom verschlüsselt. So zeigt es zumindest die App an und wird wahrscheinlich/hoffentlich so sein. Ich habe mich jetzt doch hinreißen lassen, etwas mehr zu der Kamera zu schreiben, weil ich wirklich sehr zufrieden damit bin. Von mir aus, eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Elle est encore mieux que je pensais pour 80€ et tout est sur contrôle et ont sait parler aussi pour le chien, ça devrait être obligatoire pour la sécurité, avec tout ses voleurs qui cours

Vraiment bluffée ! Camera qui fait son job ! Facile à installer par contre manque d’explications pour certains petits truc comme l’éteindre etc mais après recherche ou questions au vendeur et réponses rapide tout va bien . Je l’ai paramétrer pour une détection sensible donc les prédateurs sont détectés ( fouine renard etc). Et le flash les fait fuir . Vu nocturne parfaite ! Le premier soir nous avons eu pluie et grêle et le top 👍 pour l’instant elle tient . Touché à 40€ donc franchement j’attends la prochaine baisse et j’en prends une deuxième . Batterie toujours pleine donc recherche solaire au top . Je suis tranquille 👍. Le seul hic c les iPhone pour moi , pour créer mon compte sur CloudPlus j’ai du dder a mon fils de le créer sur son samsung et une fois créer j’ai pu me connecter sur le CloudPlus car impossible de s’inscrire avec iPhone ( s’inscrire était grisé) mais parfait pour se connecter . Ou alors essayer avec cloudedge. Bref le top du top . Ah oui je précise je suis une mamie donc si je suis arrivée à l’installer 😉.

Second one I have bought and installed long term review it works perfectly was charged once since installing it during the winter it wasn't fully charged when I put it up and hasn't needed to be charged since that is over a year now great kit

Ho avuto l'opportunità di testare la telecamera di sorveglianza con visuale notturna, batteria incorporata di lunga durata e pannello solare, e devo dire che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Innanzitutto, la durata della batteria è impressionante. Non ho mai avuto il problema di doverla ricaricare frequentemente, e questo è stato molto comodo. Inoltre, il pannello solare ha garantito una ricarica costante della batteria, anche durante i giorni nuvolosi. La visuale notturna è stata impeccabile. Ho potuto vedere tutto ciò che accadeva nell'area monitorata anche al buio, grazie alla tecnologia avanzata utilizzata. Inoltre, è importante sottolineare che anche senza il pannellino solare, la durata della batteria è sorprendente. Ho potuto utilizzare la telecamera per più di due mesi senza doverla ricaricare. Questo la rende estremamente conveniente e pratica da utilizzare. Inoltre, la telecamera non ha bisogno di cavi e può essere spostata facilmente da una stanza all'altra. Questo la rende perfetta anche per la casa, dove è possibile monitorare diverse aree senza dover installare molte telecamere o avere un sistema cablato complicato. In generale, la telecamera di sorveglianza con visuale notturna, batteria incorporata di lunga durata e pannello solare è un prodotto eccellente che consiglio a chiunque abbia bisogno di un sistema di sorveglianza affidabile e facile da utilizzare. La durata della batteria, anche senza il pannellino solare, è eccezionale e la possibilità di spostarla facilmente la rende ancora più versatile. Ma ciò che mi ha davvero colpito è stata l'applicazione. È molto facile da usare e ha tutte le funzioni necessarie per monitorare l'area in cui è installata la telecamera. Inoltre, è possibile accedere ai video registrati in qualsiasi momento e da qualsiasi luogo, semplicemente utilizzando il proprio smartphone. In conclusione, se cercate una telecamera di sorveglianza affidabile, con una durata della batteria eccezionale, una visuale notturna di alta qualità e un'applicazione facile da usare, questa è sicuramente la scelta giusta. Consiglio vivamente questo prodotto a chiunque abbia bisogno di un sistema di sorveglianza efficace e conveniente.
